Man at the front desk is an absolute angel. Perfect service. The rooms are going to be updated soon. They are small but comfortable. There was a few things I was displeased about. I feel the main issue is the danger around. But its a nice place for a nice price. They are doing what they can to make this a nice location.

Comforters had cigarettes burns carpet wasn't vaccumed ,the picture fell on my head..no ventilation, sinks smelled like mold no sink stoppers fridge didn't get cold had to throw away some food and drinks . Nighttime is scary on 3 Rd floor people listening at doors open. Door and they acted like they were just passing. To extend services it ridiculously outrages prices. People that don't stay there get in forty or less not recommended unless really desperate and only thing there is. only thing this time was maid doing all rooms and maintenance man keeping up with grounds and lot and security cars

Are you kidding? Drug deals in the parking lot, can't go into the office you have to use a plexiglass window? N.O. I empathize with the addicted and the homeless but at the same time watching them eyeball vehicles to possibly rob them and The Dude with the teardrop tattoo staking out the car. No. Clean it up Albuquerque!

Do not stay here. Services are extra now IE toilet paper internet and among other things when asked why there not fixing the network was told management is to blame and there not going to and that it's not complimentary even though the website says that internet is. Gotta love it when motels and hotels charge ridiculous prices for their rooms for nothing. Update This hotel recently just got new owners however they've decided to increase their rates but offer no other amenity besides their bad Wi-Fi that still can't be picked up throughout the entire facility you cannot justify the price increase if you can't even offer a single other amenity besides the Wi-Fi which again is very shoddy half the time probably dude all the homeless people that are camped out all around which is why they fired the security guard that's been here for 5 years and then hired a private security company which will probably still do nothing about the homeless issue as a security guard myself there's only so much we can do this owner needs a realize this if they truly want to fix this place up they need to hire a lot more staff than what currently here or at least retrain half the staff and hire more security. Also for anyone coming here their credit card machines are constantly down and or never working this is a cash only business these motels and hotels really need to be regulated because there's no reason to justify a 200 $400 weekly price tag for a hotel that offers zero amenities

The place has roaches, incredibly slow service, and just about anything that should scare you off. It took over 90 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk. It is cheap so there is that

I regret to say that my recent stay at Extended-A-Suites was far from satisfactory. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was hit with an overwhelming and persistent foul stench that permeated the entire establishment. It was as if the smell had taken up permanent residence in every nook and cranny of the motel. Despite my best efforts to overlook the odor, it proved impossible to ignore. It followed me down the hallway to my room, My neighbor was this large woman, this very nice old lady, A man, and a dog that kept barking ALL DAY. When I walk passed the big woman there was a terrible stench (I believe that's where the stench is from). She had a Mountain Dew in a Starbucks cup with a ROaCH on it!!!!.

This place deserves 0 stars. DO NOT STAY! The rooms look nothing like the pictures online— they were absolutely filthy. Questionable stains on the floor and walls, stains and holes on bedding. Didn’t seem like a safe area either. Paid $150 and we didn’t stay the night (it was too sketchy), and they don’t allow refunds. The manager told me “what did you expect, this is the cheapest hotel in the area”. Not acceptable.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY! This is by far the worst motel we've ever stayed at, and we've stayed at some sketchy places before. It is absolutely *that hotel,* accepts cash, a homeless encampment in the back parking lot, and drugged out people having screaming matches at all hours. The room was absolutely filthy. Trash and debris on the floor, *those* stains on the wrinkled sheets. Outside lights don't work so you are walking around in pitch black dark in places. The most unsafe I've ever felt. Paid $150 a night for this dump. Never, ever stay here.
