Extend A Stay Suites - Extended stay hotel in Hazelwood - 7350 N Hanley Rd B, USA

Staff is amazing although you have to wash your own towels and sheets! Plus clean your own room and if somethings broke it might get fixed right away or you might have to wait a month! But for the price its not to bad! It has a Laundromat with 2 washers and 2 dryers and a soda machine and ice machine and a few stores within walking distance so its not to bad of a place!

This is not a hotel I recommend anyone to check in, not even my worst enemy. The owner of this place, Ms. Barb is very rude, disrespectful, and most of the time she's drunk while on the job. Her daughter Vicki seems to be the primary owner, because she's WAY more level headed and plus she's pretty sweet and understanding. Also I stayed at Extend-A-Stay on Hanley and 270/170 for a few months in the same room, one day I decided to switch with a room with the kitchen inside, that night I got switched over, got settled in and now I'm ready to lye down, when I instantly spot at lease 5 bed bugs.. I immediately pack my things go down to the office, but by it being night time they did not have any clean rooms at that time so I was told the only option I had was to go back to my old room. Fine, no big deal. The problem that I have about this situation was that the next morning I went back down to the office to see if I can get a free room or at lease a discount on the room and they (Ms. Barb & Vicki) told me that NOT there was nothing they could do but there was nothing they wanted to do for me. Which was foul because I have spent hundreds of dollars with this hotel from the little time I did stay there, which was $55 a day in a little over 2months. Overall, their really not worth it, they barely clean their rooms thoroughly, toilets, sinks, and the tubs are clogged up sometimes. ITS NOT WORTH IT, and another thing, there's too many drug dealers and dope fiends that stay in that hotel. And because of that, there's always police patrolling the parking lot.

This is not a safe place! I would give no stars if I could. The rooms are terribly nasty and dirty. I got a free room and didn't stay there. There is no way I would have my children in this room. The door didn't need the key to enter and when I opened the door the whole wood piece where the lock is broke off. The lady at the desk which I'm sure is the owner thought it was our fault. It does have sites but the shower has not been cleaned, the mini fridge is full of mold, I would not touch the beds, and the cabinets have seen more than a few pipe leaks, they are falling apart. There is an old TV but everything was stolen so there is no cable just static. Then you have to worry about the drug dealers and addicts running around. There is a constant police presence. They drive around the complex like they are waiting for something to happen. On top of all of that there is the smell of pee when walking down to your room. It is filthy! It needs to be condemned! That room is hepatitis in a box. There is crap all over the walls. DO NOT STOP KEEP DRIVING!

What can I say ... Friendly helpful staff...any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. Very professional. The guests are what's the issue. Constantly break rules, leave children unattended, loud music, lots of trouble makers but there are just as many good guests but it's always the ones causing trouble that shadow over those. Still and all clean friendly no breakfast wifi in back courtyard could use some work and carpets could use a good steam cleaning or allow guests to utilize would be nice. Buy all in all this is my home so you make due with what you got.

There housekeeper Manager is completely unprofessional, verbally abusive; using loud tone and many cursewords. She entered my room without notifying who she was as in her name. And threatened to have me removed from there by calling police.. In what authority does she have

Inexpensive friendly service adventurous at times umm good for weekly rentals at 260.00 week good cable and internet. No maid or breakfast but have microwaves sink and frig. Have couch bed chair desk like small effeciency. No pets unless grandfathered in. Nice place for the price. Clean no critters and people mind their business. Just people trying to get head and work together to help get that done. Church provide some fresh fruits and Thursday is florist day. Nice to have fresh flowers donated. 0 stars.. This place is garbage. Rooms smell bad, littered with trash, management is useless and ignorant. There was a shooting right outside my room my second night there. The entire hotel is a dope house. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room I got was small clean cozy head TV microwave refrigerator blankets sheets everything was good and my two bed little bedroom for this room I get five stars
