Just here on vacation, my son got his phone wet. We didn’t have any rice so a quick search brought to the Palofox location. Service was great! They were faster and cheaper than estimated. Really great to have a quality repair when away from.

I am a Louisiana resident out of town. My phone went out and had a lot of trouble finding someone to help. Thank God I found this company because they were unbelievable! Getting everything restored on my phone was not easy, but he did not give up until it was done. I own a business so I needed all the information on my phone so he was literally a lifesaver. Great store with shoes and accessories. Very friendly staff! if you need anything done with your phone, I promise you this is the place to go.

Very courteous and great customer service! Overall I don’t have any complaints other than my passcode to open my computer wasn’t the same as it was before. I ended up locking myself out a few times (last time was for an hour) before I just ended up just changing it.

Was able to change out my phone screen and I was on my way in an hour. Friendly staff member helped me. Be advised that it is in downtown so parking may not be easy - it was definitely worth walking a couple of blocks though

This place is awesome! The service is fast and decently priced. Jason and Joe were attentive and answered all my questions. And all of their convenience itesm (drinks and snacks) are a definite plus. The only place i will go for all my tech needs.
