This may not be a fancy hotel but the customer service is amazing rooms are clean beds are comfortable and Janell is so sweet and kind she is very helpful and made me feel at home there if you are looking for a budget friendly clean hotel this is one to stay at

Customer service was good. My wife and I were traveling across the country late at night. We needed a place to rest and gather ourselves. The Lady at the desk was very friendly and courteous. They didn't have a guest Laundry, which we were in need of. However the manager offered their commercial laundry. Which was a very generous offer. Thank you!

I'm in town for work and have been staying for a few weeks now. A very affordable place to stay on a budget, courteous staff. Family owned and operated, but I come from a small business family. I love their willingness to accommodate whereas the big chain motels near here seem to be comfortable in their ways. I noticed Express inn is going through a major remodel. They're removing the old carpet from the guest rooms and replacing them with new hardwood floors. Additionally they're painting them with a more modern color pallet, which really gives the place a comfortable, homely feel.

Oh my goodness I wish I could give zero stars. The rooms were so smelly and moldy. You get what you pay for. There was a dirty needle in the nightstand. I had to scrub the room and bathroom. We aren't from here so I had no clue what part of town this hotel was in. Avoid this place at all costs. I slept horrible because the musky smell from the mold was so bad. Was too late to get my money back and go somewhere else. The guy at the front counter was nice. Wouldn't eat the breakfast because the hotel was so disgusting.

We stayed here as a last resort while driving a LONG way home. This place is nasty! There's no other way to say it. The bathroom is disgusting, I was concerned about my daughter using it. Half of the listed amenities are not actually available. They tell you the pool and vending machines are out of order, but they just don't take care of them. The booking sites mention a breakfast that doesn't exist. And the people at the desk aren't trying to be helpful, they just want to get past any interaction with the guests. I would give this place no stars if I could.

· The front desk staff was very pleasant despite looking unprofessional. · The room smelled like smoke and dog. It also looked like it could use a good cleaning and major update. The furniture was worn and outdated. The tile was moldy and the rug was musty. The tub had burn marks in it. We did not have a phone or refrigerator in our room although we were suppose to. It was clear that the staff lived at the hotel. The staff did not wear a uniform or any clothes evidencing that they worked there. They wore street clothes and house shoes. When I asked for the manager to discuss getting a discount, I was told that he was sleeping and wouldn't come down at the time. This place was skeeeeetchy. I would never stay here again.

Made a reservation from hays this evening and when I arrived to the hotel, nobody came to the desk. I could definitely smell the distinct odor of hippie lettuce in the air. When I rang the bell repeatedly, all I heard was the sound of a barking dog which I assumed belonged to the manager. After sending an email that included my selfish in front of the clock behind the desk, I waited for 10 more minutes and composed this review. NOTHING could be worse than stranding a tired traveler and taking his money at 1245 in he morning! Stay away..toxic and Terrible business practices are being displayed here!

hotel has two well deserved stars. owner and staff were friendly and rooms are cheap but the bathroom in my room was not properly cleaned, there was sticky stuff on the floor and the tub had hair and soap residue from the previous people. fridge was not well cleaned out, rooms don't smell fresh, pool always seems out of service even tho no one seems to be working on it and price stays the same. WiFi upstairs struggles, no hot water after a certain time in some rooms. kids upstairs were loud front desk did not solve the issue. bread feast isn't even hot, starts late, not fresh, days old and always the same. if you have the money, go somewhere else. would not recommend.
