It's not a place I would recommend based on my last stay. The location was easy to get to and the staff was great! However, we had a few issues with cleanliness, which to me is the most important. Upon arriving, our shoes were sticking to the lobby floor. Normally, that wouldn't bother me, but I wanted to make sure I listed everything I could. At check-in, we were sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet, which right off the bat made me very uncomfortable from the start. The staff was great about getting us a new room. In our new room, our hand towels had yellow stains on them and had a texture to those spots like they weren't ever cleaned. The room was definitely outdated and the air conditioner rattled very loudly for several minutes after kicking on every time. One of the beds had a metal piece sticking out of it that my husband kept scratching his leg on. The pool was also closed which was disappointing but understandable. The pool and included breakfast were the main reasons I chose the hotel but after our experience with how unclean things were, we didn't feel comfortable enough to eat their breakfast. We will not be back at this hotel.

Let's start with check-in. Upon arrival, I had to ask to be checked-in and I was not recognized as Diamond member. This is not that big of a deal, but since I feel the need to write this review, I thought I'd include it. I stay in hotel rooms for work approximately 250 nights a year. I originally booked this room for 3 nights. Once I checked into my room, I noticed mold and mildew in the bathroom, mostly mildew, but a little mold. Unfortunately, this is a common thing that I have noticed in Holiday Inn Expresses lately. I still stayed the night just going to deal with it. The next morning when I went down for breakfast, I grabbed a coffee cup to put juice in since it's a little bigger than their "juice cups" and I wouldn't have to refill so many times. Upon attempting to get juice in the coffee cup, the kitchen worker screams across the breakfast area, "Sir, you cannot use that cup for juice, you have to use the juice cups, that’s not what that cup is for." Everyone in the breakfast area stopped talking and turned and starred at us as if I had tried to steal something. Very unprofessional! At this point, it was clear that I was not welcome at this Holiday Inn. I decided that I would check out and go across the street to Hilton, were I have never been treated badly. Upon attempting to check out, the lady at the desk would not actually look at me and acknowledge me. She saw me standing there and eventually said, "You can drop those in there", I said I need to check out. (Knowing I had booked 3 nights and wanted to make sure I was only charged 1 night). She replied, “Our computers are down" (As she’s on the computer trying to ignore me). So, I went to my truck and called the Diamond member line and spoke to a very nice individual who called the hotel for me and spoke to the assistant GM. He told me he called and spoke to the assistant GM and that their computers are back up and running and that I can go back inside and check-out and get a copy of my receipt. Once going back inside, the assistant GM was at the front desk ready to full get me checked-out as fast as she could. She did not care why I was checking out or care about any issues I had. She just wanted me gone. At this point, the feeling was mutual. I will definitely never stay at this Holiday Inn again. I have never been so disrespected at any hotel ever.

Oh my, this is a sad Holiday Inn. Relatively rundown compared to Holiday Inn of old. My room had old thin sheets, bed was rock hard, and the heater was so loud it woke us when it kicked on in the night. It was raining outside and the ceiling vent outside the bathroom door was dripping and created a pool outside the bathroom door that I discovered in the dark. The vent was rusty and had obviously been a problem for a long time. The bathroom ceiling was splotchy with significant mildew. The bath faucet did not work without shoving it in with all your might and finding a comfortable water temp was a guessing game, otherwise the handle was just a spin toy. Thin bath towels. Bare necessities. I could not get onto the WiFi even using their instructions. I would not recommend this hotel. I got the impression they were in dire straits with the budget. Too bad. Hate to see Holiday Inn in such ill-repair. Oh, also, very curious what the two areas of red spray droplets on the back of the bathroom door were, given the bathroom was all beige and nothing painted red anywhere…

This is a good hotel but being run as cheap as possible. No ice mach. Bathrooms need work. I stayed in room 119. Water in tub was messed up. Shower curtain was about to fall with screws half out of it. Breakfast had no coffee. Door to the milk cooler was lock. No one was trusted with the key. Needs carts for luggage. Staff for most part are just going thru the motions. Bed was good. Room was clean but Motel 6 has that and cheaper. I would not bring my wife back to this property.

This was a crunch hotel due to the fact we were traveling thru a tornado hit, and we had to find a room. My normal hotel was full. It is definitely old and in desperate need of an update. It was safe but just not my type of hotel. The walls and floors are thin. The kids upstairs jumped all night long.

Avoid this hotel! If I hadn't have prepaid for my room through Priceline I would have turned around and left. First off, there was blood on the sheets. That alone is beyond unacceptable, but it doesn't stop there. When I was checking in, there was a guest (or possibly homeless?) using the front desk phone cussing and being vulgar. The room was dirty, I was afraid that my car was going to get lifted every night and the breakfast was horrible. There was no juice, the pancake machine was broken and the fruit was rotten. They had cereal and milk, that's about the extent of it.

“Pool down” in June? The pool looked to be in working order, I’m afraid it’s lack of funding. Breakfast was scarce, lock on fridge for milk, water, yogurt etc. pancake machine never set up, two is 4 juices “ out of order” ice machine “out of order” other than that hotel is in a great location, close to food, shopping, & right off of the interstate. If you’re not looking to utilizes any of the amenities except the room itself this would be an ideal place

We like to stay at Holiday Inn Express because of the consistency among the hotels. The North Little Rock one was nice, but the room needed a little maintenance. There was a shredded curtain and the tub was missing a handrail in the shower. We skipped breakfast because of Covid, but a full breakfast was available. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is great. It's near lots of food places and shopping.

I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to

The room was very clean. The front desk clerks were friendly, and the turkey sausage at breakfast was awesome. Easy access to the freeway. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
