Didn't actually need to use their service because Moses called me to tell me what I needed to do to address the problem I had with my PC. Very honest and cool of him to do. I will 100% use their help for PC issues I have in the future.

I wanted to upgrade my laptops hard drive, they made it very easy. I just brought my laptop in and they told me what would work and it was ready the next day. He also cleaned up the inside of the computer which they totally didn't have to do. Very happy.

Moses was very nice and easy to work with. Had me bring my horribly setup pc into the shop and ended up walking out with a fully built machine ! Can’t recommend this place enough he gets the job done !

This afternoon I got the blue screen of death on my Lenovo. I called for help and he said to bring it in, and he immediately helped me diagnose the problem. Unfortunately my computer was toast, but this was the most affordable, compassionate, and human IT experience I’ve ever had and would highly recommend this business to anyone experiencing computer problems. He was polite when talking, knowledgeable with his work, honest with his concerns, and he was quick with the repairs. I highly, highly recommend going through Moses. Full story. My gaming laptop is a tank in build. 7.5 years and still working well for my needs. Battery died years ago but I don't game on the go so it's not usually an issue. Eventually the hard shutdowns from accidental unplugging caught up with it though and it needed repairs. I called him and he diagnosed the issue immediately. He was very polite and easy to communicate with. He was honest in that he didn't try to upsell me or repair more than I wanted. He expressed concerns in repairing an older laptop which isn't something most people would bring up. Others would have tried to sell me a new laptop or would have kept quite and hoped that it would break more down the road. I dropped it off and hour before closing and he called me the next morning to let me know it was done. Came back clean and the best it's looked in years. I'm incredibly happy with his work and I will be recommending him to everyone in my area.

Absolutely THE BEST--- all that you would hope in someone to help with a computer problem. Moses was kind, extremely efficient, careful, patient, extremely well prepared and anticipated what problems needed to be fixed.......
