Express - Clothing store in Woodbridge Township - 250 Woodbridge Center Dr, USA

My husband and I decided to go to Express in Woodbridge Mall on a busy Sunday and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received from Gianna at the register. Despite the hectic atmosphere, she remained calm and attentive, ensuring that our shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and enthusiasm were a class act, and we left the store feeling impressed and satisfied. Every employee should strive to have the same level of enthusiasm and dedication as Gianna.

Excellent service. Stopped by today to do some returns and exchanges of clothing that I purchased online. The staff was excellent in helping me. Very professional. Thank you.

HATS OFF TO STORE MANAGER PERLA!! I stopped in the store on Saturday January 22nd to make an exchange worth approximately $1000. (My sons and I did not make it to a scheduled event.) It was beyond the 60 day return policy so I assumed that I would receive store credit, leave all the items at the store and be on my way. However, I was informed that because it was beyond the 60 day return policy, that I wasn't eligible to receive a gift card but at a courtesy I would be allowed to do an in-store exchange. The problem with this was that I had to exchange the $1000 all at once or do it in increments. Which meant whatever I didn't exchange on a given day, I would have to take home with me and come back and repeat the process until the $1000 was fully exchanged. I was highly annoyed and frustrated after receiving this information. I did not expect to do $1000 worth of shopping on this day and I didn't like the idea of coming back and forth with all of my items in tow to complete the process. But this young woman Perla displayed an even disposition that is hard to find in an individual of her age. She remained calm and polite, she smiled, offered assistance and guidance; and was able to calm me down. And I am a man of twice her age. Her costumer service is UNMATCHED and unlike any I've experience in a clothing store. In the end, I did exchange about $250 on that day all because of her. There were 2 pairs of jeans I wanted but couldn't find in my size and after she went looking about the store for several minutes, she returned with the jeans in hand. Magic! I swear she made magic happen that day! After all was said and done, I was happy to leave the store with the remaining items that still need to be exchanged. I will shop here for many years to come because of her. I even have the mind set of bringing my soon-to-be 16 year old son to work under such great leadership. I hope to see her every time I walk into that store. She is a real class act.

Got cut by the pin of an anti theft tag when I tried leather shorts in store. I didn't notice there was an anti theft tag in the pocket, parts seperated. I got this 5 inches long cut by the pin when I put the shorts on. It kept bleeding but didn't look too bad then. The assosiates gave me the bandages. But it hurts badlly when I disinfected with alcohol at home!!! It even hurts when I took a shower! This is much deeper and longer than I thought. Hopefully the scar will go before summer. I give 2 stars only because the associate was friendly.

On Sunday, December 2nd at approximately 2:15 pm, I went to return a dress that I purchased on October 20th, and the store manager (a lady) said she couldn't take the dress back because the dress was missing a tag (not the price tag). The dress was sold to me without the tag, how should I know it should have an extra tag? I said she should hold responsible the sales person that sold it/charged me for the dress. Her answer is that the associate has been there a while and that she's very good at checking those things. So basically she called me a liar and that her associate is incapable of making a mistake. I have been an Express client for almost 20 years, and this was the worst customer services. I will now have to double checks the associate's work from now on, IF I ever decide to purchase anything from Express again.

Terrible scheduling. ]Was hired and it took almost a month and a half to get a shift. The coworkers talk about everybody. Would NOT recommend working or shopping here. Menlo is better. More variety.

Horrible!!! The worst customer service ever!!! I will NEVER shop at this location again. I purchased a blazer and went to return it the very next day! They would not return it because it was missing a tag! Not the price tag but another tag! It did not have the tag when I purchased it!!!
