This gym is for serious athletes who want to be stronger, faster and jump higher. Jared has trained 2 of my kids and helped them achieve there goals of college athletics. Now me and my wife (in our 50’s) attend. Jared has help us both with our functional strength which is important as we age. He has also helped me achieve personal bests in strength that I thought were unachievable in my youth and especially now at the age of 53!

As a softball player, Jared has helped me gain strength faster than any gym/trainer I’ve seen before. Plus great dietician as well!

Our son has worked out with Jared at Explosive Mechanics for several years. He absolutely loves the program, the atmosphere, but mostly he loves the results. The proof is in the pudding and Jared knows exactly what it takes to help your athlete become stronger, faster, and more explosive. Jared tests his athletes every month for speed (laser tested 40), vertical, and long jump - this testing shows, month after month, that the program works. When our son first asked to start strength training, we visited several programs in town. If you are looking for fancy brochures and a sales pitch, you will not find it here. But if you are looking for the best of the best when it comes to programming workouts to make gains, as safely and as quickly as possible, this is the place for your athlete. Jared is very good at what he does, doesn't advertise, and athletes find him because of the results they are seeing their friends and teammates get. He has been able to share with us all of the most current research on everything from stretching to how strength training promotes growth and does not stunt it. It is also super fun to see all of the college and professional athletes that Jared has trained in the past that come to visit the gym on school, summer, and professional season breaks.

Explosive Mechanics is the best gym for athletic performance training in Peachtree City. It is a sports training facility for athletes only. All athletes are tested on a monthly basis for improvement results in the 40 yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, agility drills, and strength lifts such as the bench and squat. In 2017 Jared, the owner helped me achieve the 7th highest vertical jump in the country. The speed and explosiveness I gained from Explosive Mechanics helped me to play D1 college football. Excellent place!

After years working out at explosive mechanics, Jared has helped me improve my strength, performance, and explosiveness in both the gym and on the field. I reached all of my goals for the 40 yard, vertical, bench and squat during high school, which helped lead me to play college football. Excellent gym, best in Peachtree City.

Jared is the best strength coach I’ve had by far. I have seen more improvements at explosive than anywhere else I’ve been. The past 2 years my vertical has went from an 18” to a 36” and my 40 time went from a 5.6 to a 4.89. Training here has also tremendously helped my kicking for football. My kickoffs went from averaging 55 yards to around 75yards. Field goals went from 52yards to a long of 67yards.

Explosive Mechanics is the place to go if you are serious about getting results and reaching your full athletic potential. When I started at explosive mechanics I jumped a 24 inch vertical and ran a 5.6 Laser 40 yard dash. I now run a 4.81 laser 40 yard dash at 6’4 235lbs and jump a 41.3 inch vertical. Over the years my training numbers have always improved. Jared individualizes training, for each athlete, to prevent stalls and plateaus. Consistently working with Jared and the Explosive Mechanics program has allowed me to become a more explosive athlete and get a scholarship to play at the next level.

Jared is the best! Both of my kids have been going for years and love it! Not only have they gotten stronger, but they have so much more self confidence. Both compete with Team Explosive in powerlifting competition. Jared is so willing to go above and beyond!
