Company sent bad information to AAA; about our grown daughter living at our address. She got her own place three years ago. What really angers us though is that AAA sent us a threatening letter based on bad information. AAA “gave” us 30 days to call them and add our daughter to the policy or AAA would do it themselves and raise our rate and/or cancel our policy.

Another victim of this scam company. They sent false information to my insurance company claiming one of the drivers in my policy had a suspended license. A call to the DMV not only proved the license wasn't suspended, it was also NEVER suspended. How these clowns get their data is an enigma to me. How they stay in business is even more concerning. I contacted my insurance company with DMV evidence their information is incorrect and all is now resolved. Waste of time for all.

I’m mostly going to mimic the responses and reviews here as that’s been my experience. I can’t think of a more weasel company honestly. They do nothing but screw people over by fabricating data that doesn’t exist. To top it off, there’s no one to even call to discuss this with. Of course not, hiding like cowards works I guess, pathetic. What’s worse though? Insurance companies that consume this data. They have to know this is garbage tier data that this garbage company never cared to even verify, of course not, why would they? Can’t think of a more disgusting and dishonest business model.

Company provides false information, and continues to report very old data from over 10 years ago. No way to speak with anyone. And all emails to dispute their data. If for employment reasons, I would get a DMV printout, and have the employer make a copy of your MVR. This company should be put out of business.

Sells your personal information for there own profit. Does nothing for the greater human quality but gets paid by large corporations to screw the regular people over. I truly wonder how people who own places like this live with themselves.

Reported false information to my insurance company about my daughter living in my household. She lives in Alaska and has her own auto policy and is a member of the Air Force.

I can’t believe it my insurance company thought I had a traffic light violation but I had no clue about it. Now that I read other people reviews it’s TRUE!! These guys fabricate date and give to insurance companies so they can’t raise your prices. FRAUD!!!!
