I was impressed by the donuts and the pop-tarts, although I did not eat the pop-tarts she told me it basically took all week to make them. I hope I have a chance to try one in the future. The butter beer was spot on from what I have had at Universal. Not to say that should be the standard, but I was not shocked by a drastic change of taste. Great place and wonderful staff/owners. Coffee is on point as well. Take in the sights and stop here for a treat in Old Town.

I can't say enough good things about this place! My family and I have visited multiple times, and though I'm the only one with a gluten allergy, my friends and family all enjoy the baked goods and coffee drinks as much as I do. Every item we've tasted is moist and delectable; you cannot tell they are gluten free. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. The sitting area is ample and cozy. I'm thrilled to have such a "regular" coffee shop/bakery in Old Town where I have tons of choices and am able to order anything and know it's safe for me to eat. Please support this small business; those of us with food allergies know what a gem it is when we find someplace we can get a birthday cake, breakfast, or sweet treat, when so many other places we go don't even offer so much as a gluten-free bun for sandwiches.

This is one of my favorite places. Gluten intolerance is a new diagnosis for me and I love their pastries! Even if you don’t have food allergies, they make the best maple donut EVER.

I have to give them 5 stars as someone with celiac. I came late in the day so they were mostly sold out. The focaccia was the best thing we got!! The other varieties of pastries didn’t taste very distinct. Top notch for an option in Colorado to feel normal if you’re gluten free, but not amazing Id go out of my way for them in the future.

This was such a fun experience. Got there in the late AM. The staff was super kind and personable. We ordered a lot… and I have to say we have NO COMPLAINTS! We tried the donuts, muffins, focaccia and dirty sodas. We had to double check that it was gluten dairy free because it ALL tasted so great.

Very nice place for coffee and snacks. Nice location in old town on the plaza. My cortado was poured with care and even came with a little glass of house soda. My wife had a purple colored soda that was out of this world. Amazingly, entire food and drink menu is gluten free.

Delectable baked items & drinks! Enjoyed a Matcha Latte with Chocolate doughnut! The people are very friendly, great location, decor & more.

I go here every time I'm in the area. As someone with a soy intolerance, finding pastries and breads is very difficult, and if I do manage to find something, it just tastes off. Thanks to Explorado, I've been able to enjoy many very yummy pastries! My usual go to is some foccacia bread with a Lavender Haze drink, and maybe a muffin or donut (or two) for later. It's definitely worth your time!
