If you are a project DYI electronic person os just want someone to fix your computer this is a great place to go! These guys are great. Wanted to replace my phone battery but they looked over my phone and let me know it was and app running down my battery. Saved me money and didn't even charge me for the info. Love this company.
I have to give a shout out to the guys at Expert PC for their great customer service and honesty. I brought them my laptop PC that I accidentally dropped and broke the screen and a corner of the case. Not knowing if it was fixable, they took it in and quickly assessed the damage. The quote they provided for both parts and labor was reasonable, but didn't warrant a repair--as the PC was old and I was due for a new one. Instead of trying to convince me to fix it, they advised me that I can still hook up a monitor to the PC to access the data files. Some computer repair shops wouldn't have done that, but the guy at Expert PC did! And, with that I am impressed and grateful. Although EPC didn't do any repairs for me, their integrity and honesty empowered me to take the time and write up this review! I truly recommend this repair shop to anyone!
We all depend on technology. When something goes wrong we could panic. I called Expert PC and they had me up and going. Great Service, Great People. Highly Recommended
The staff really help me with a great, and fast fix of my electronics saving me hundreds of dollars.
I did 7 Dell updates and afterwards a big mess. I couldn't get into Windows to do a restore to go back to previous point. My screen was black and only had access to the F12 and F2 functions. Every fix I read online for 2 days didn't work for me. I dropped my computer off and they fixed it within a day! Excellent service. I received phone calls from Shawn updating the situation and I am so thankful that they got us back up and running. Highly recommend. Thanks for the great service!
Reviewing primarily for the RadioShack implementation, I've told to staff here on several occasion that they do RadioShack better than RadioShack did. This is a great local business with friendly, helpful staff, and a better selection of parts. I can (and have) spent hours here digging through the bins, and loved every minute of it.
Laptop hacked wouldn't even turn on. Gave me an estimate of $125 . Fixed even upgraded to Windows 10. Had problems with printer later fixed at no charge. They have been great fast and professional. Can not recommend enough.
