Expert Home Service - Air conditioning contractor in Clermont - 1260 Commons Ct, USA

We’re very dissatisfied with this company. My elderly Mother called because her ac is not cooling well. The first gentlemen to come out were very nice but there was a definite language barrier. They didn’t check/diagnose the issue and tell her what it would cost to do what she needed, they just did it and came in and told her she owed $549.20. They took a picture of her credit card and didn’t give her a receipt. Because of the language barrier, they didn’t seem to understand she wanted an itemized receipt. My Mother lives on a fixed income so she would’ve liked to have known ahead of time what the cost would be and what it was for. ~ after calling the owner, he said he would send someone else out since the ac is still not cooling well and wouldn’t charge a service charge for this visit. The gentleman that came out this time spoke perfect English and was also very nice, but once he checked the ac unit, he said he called his boss and he did charge for the service call. The ac unit is older but runs well. It just doesn’t cool as well as it use to. I think it was very poor customer service to #1: send service techs that couldn’t communicate and didn’t know to let the customer know what they needed to do before doing it and what it would cost. #2: we were charged a second service call charge after the owner said we wouldn’t be. 7/25/24 The owner of the company reached out and after discussing the events of our two service dates, we came to a resolution that works for both of us. I appreciate his understanding and can tell he absolutely wants to have a company where all customers are happy with the service provided. I feel so much better about the experience and can now say that I would recommend this company to others in the future.

I called this company on a Saturday at 3 o’clock. They had somebody to my house by 5 o’clock technician address. The issue had a part on his truck fixed it and have me up and running by 6 o’clock. Very great and good service will definitely give them another shot if I ever needed them. Thanks for everything that you did.

Your service technician was out prior to the estimated time and was very thorough with repair. He explained everything in detail and now our home is so much cooler and there are no more leaks. Thank you for great customer service from making the initial phone call to completion of service.

My air conditioning basically shut down. I came home at 8pm and searched google and found Expert Home Service. Once I placed in my info, they texted me right away. They also changed their schedule for me so they could come first thing in the morning. The tech was knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong. And the price was reasonable! I would recommend Expert Home Service to anyone that needs service on their AC.

As a former minister for over 40 years, what do I know about air conditioning? Nothing. Nothing at all. But I do recognize genuineness in people and what integrity looks like. Expert Home Service seems to know the same in whom they have employed. I found their word to be right on concerning their promise to come right out and look at our situation, almost immediately giving us a menu of estimates to choose from and then the integrity of the installers was the top of the line. Expert Home Service employees are the most personal and genuine people I have ever had service anything in our place of residence, ever over the years.

Expert Home Services has been quite reasonable, professional, and communicative. I found their prices more than competitive, and I love knowing that someone who knows what they're doing is regularly looking over my hvac system and providing maintenance. I can fix some things around the house, but the hvac is beyond me - so, it's good to have affordable, professional people who know what they're doing looking it over.

Adriana was very helpful on the phone with getting everything set up for the installation of my new AC. Very prompt on returning phone calls . The 2 gentleman that did the install were very professional and did a great job.
