Arrived Sunday night for a Monday pick-up 0800-1600. Parked to the right in the first driveway. The gate was open by 4am. Unfortunately my pick-up number was not in the system so I had to wait until 0800. Even then, it wasn't quite right and I didn't get assigned a dock until nearly 0900. Driver check-in is the first man door inside the gate and up the ramp. There is a tablet to put your information in and a # to call if nobody is at the window should you need assistance. Folks here were all friendly, helpful and pleasant. Chock your tires!

Amazing….. everyone friendly…..and they are reallly damn fast…. I was loaded in like 20 minutes…. Omg they quickest i ever seen…. And guest what!!!!!! It was a female 🥰🥰💪🏾 forklifter…. We females rock ✨✨

Picked up a Flatbed load today (3/31/22). Was storming out really bad so I had to hang out for 2 hrs til the rain chilled out. They loaded me during a lull in the storm. Had me loaded in maybe 20 minutes. As I started rolling out my tarps, the storms picked back up. Almost blew me off the top of the load. Half the warehouse came running out to help me hold the tarps on the truck in the pouring rain while I got enough bungees on to keep it from blowing back off. Can't thank them enough. Would come back here again.

Contract freight with broker was accurate . The shipper stated that they were waiting for BOL to be send so they can load the freight . This was a big fat lied . We have the email confirmation. Two truck were book . One truck took over 5 hours to load and the other got cancel the last minute . I will never return to this location for pickup because of the dishonest reason that was given to the driver not loading on time

Arrived at 10:30am, loaded in about 1 hour

Got unloaded here and it was a good experience. Professional and nice staff. They were pretty quick too. They have a clean restroom and microwave. Well organized and maintained yard and they let me take a much needed nap on the property. Truly appreciate warehouses like this.

Very unprofessional to contract workers from my experiences. How bout make phone calls to the temp agency when things aren't right than play brand new. Do not recommend period. Might wanna call Prologistix and me if you care bit probably don't. End of conversation for now. Reply to Expeditors and Prologistix I called Prologistix and received no return message of any kind. So I basically received a No Call No Show from Prologistix which is beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate, and zero compassion. I would definitely investigate both companies and personal responsible cause I definitely wouldn't recommend both companies to an enemy due to lack of communication and compassion from both companies.
