Our firm has been at The Expansive for 2 years. It’s a very modern and professional co-working space that’s always very well maintained—which was really important to us coming from a space that was inconsistent in this area! There are community managers on site who truly care about the tenants. Abbey and David go above and beyond expectations and I can honestly say that I consider them friends! We really have enjoyed the community building events they put on, which offers a nice break from the mundane working day. Highly recommend!!

I have been at Expansive since 2020 pre-COVID. I have stayed the duration because the amenities here are amazing and the staff is awesome. I believe this is easily the best Flex Office Space environment in the Gkreater Milwaukee area. Mainly due to the accommodations, modern design and amazing service. Highly recommended!
We’ve officed out of the Expansive space since 2022 and love it! Perfect mix of co-working folks and the site is managed by an amazing team (Abbey and David rock!). The space is a showcase facility to bring clients, host meetings, etc. and is always clean and looking great!!
