Chris is super helpful in navigating towards anything you need- they have great glass, reliable disposables, and unique paraphernalia- not much more to ask for!

Their products are faulty and they have their “no exchange or return policy” to hide behind to try to keep all the money they can. Never coming here again. I hit my cartridge once before the metal piece fell off and stopped hitting. Used to buy stuff weekly. Their not the only shop in town.

Every time i come to this store i am greeted by friendly people and great customer service!!! This team is here to help you with anithing that you could think of. This store is growing and the owner is very kind and responsible!! great shop great service so happy to have them in my area!!!

They used to be really good. Now they aren't. They never have stock on the fluid for my ecig and ever since they hired this little boy that works Tuesdays I cringe having to deal with him. He's rude, I've seen him swear at paying customers and the last time I was in there and they didn't have my juice. His response was and I quote "I don't know what to tell you" I will be limiting my purchases there. They aren't the only vape shop in town.

This place is AMAZING! Chris was super helpful setting me up with a new mod for vaping and I love it! He showed me several great models and some awesome juices. They have everything from filters to glass to replaceable parts for your mod [like if you break your tank]. Chris knew his stuff and he literally took the two hours I dragged him through with a smile and a genuine sense of care. I will never shop at another place again. Exotic has it all.

If you buy a defective product your stuck with it. They do not back any of there merchandise. I bought a mod that was defective and came back 3 days later and they pointed to the sign that said no refunds or exchanges. The employees were good but really. Every other shop in my area guarantees products for 14 days. I really liked the place, everyone was very helpful but I will never be back. RESPONSE TO OWNER I showed up in the morning and was told to return when the person who sold me the mod was working. What does the person who sold me the device have anything to do with it? When i returned I was told that all sales are final and they had already spoken with the OWNER (You) and there was nothing they could do. Then they pointed out all the hand written notes all over the shop stating no exchanges or refunds. I normally don't read vape shop notes but after they pointed them out i realized they were everywhere. Your response here is far from your company policy. Thanks for the offer to resolve the issue after i wrote a review but no thanks.

They keep selling me the wrong coils for my vaporizer and insisting they are the right ones. I have dropped at least 30 dollars in bad cold. Workers are nice beyond lack of knowledge of their products. I did buy my vaporizer here too.
