Exit 5 Motel & Cottages - Motel in Saco - 18 Ocean Park Rd, USA

Just left this morning. We booked 2 rooms for myself, my boyfriend,3 smaller kids and my son. The grounds are beautiful and owner was very attentive. Kids loved the pool, playground and game room. Now the wifi was a lil slow but they were booked.. so I expected it plus vacation is a good time to stay off line and enjoy family so we didn't mind. We have no complaints and look forward to going back next yr.

Beware! This motel is a dump. When we went to look for our room, it was clear that it was a converted part of the house. The parking is horrible, we had to park on top of the cottage or else we would be blocking an exit. When we went to unlock the door, we almost fell going inside. There was no sign warning of the step down. The room was disgusting. The furniture was falling apart, their was very little lighting and half of the light fixtures didn't even work, and the toilet was half broken. Their was also windows leading into a random room that we had no access to. Later at night, our toilet actually broke. We couldn't fix it, so we called the office. An hour had passed with no answer, so we figured that we'll just find somewhere else for the weekend. As we were packing, someone walked up to our door with an attitude asking about a broken toilet. He was annoyed he had to drive to fix it, when we proceeded to tell him we were leaving. He was super rude and condensing, grabbed and pulled the keys out of my hands, and stormed off. Never stay here unless you want to be uncomfortable and talked down to !!!

Booked on Priceline for 2 nights for my mom and myself. The experience was not good. Both the sink in the bathroom and the sink in the kitchenette leaked..a lot. There was no hot water to take showers. There was an ant problem. The AC was a window unit built into the wall and there was absolutely no way to control the temperature so the room was absolutely FREEZING!! And I naturally run very hot so I love a cold room especially at night. My home AC stays at 66F all summer. This room had to be maybe 62F and it made sleeping almost impossible. It was so cold we slept in our sweatshirts with hoods pulled over our heads and with blankets that I brought from home. The TV was a fire stick and did not have basic cable. The hotel was fully booked and I’m assuming that it was too much for the WiFi so even the free apps would not work. I went and asked the clerk how to watch basic TV as it says online they have it and he said to select “live TV” which we did and it still did not work. After 2 days of no TV,(including on my phone because the WiFi was overloaded), no showers, no way to store food because of the ants, and not being able to sleep because it was sooooo cold we had enough and left at 4am to go home. Could have overlooked the not so clean rooms if we had TV, hot water, and a way to control the room temperature. But without those thing I just was very unhappy with this booking. 2 out of 5 stars and that is just because the location was great!!

Positive: The pool was nice and clean Negative: Stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping never came to freshin up the room or drop off towels. No phone in the room to call the office and when we?d go to the office no one was ever around.

Positive: It?s location was the only positive about this hotel Negative: It was old, it was dirty, sink in the bathroom and kitchenette leaked. There was no hot water. The AC was unable to be adjusted and it was FREEZING. TV would not work, WIFI did not work. Bad all around

Store déchiré, draps tâcher. Pas de toaster. Pas très équiper pour cuisiner . Sinon salle de bain propre , bain remous fonctionne bien . Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai du relaver la vaisselle pour m'en servir

ÉVITER CET ENDROIT !!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Chambre très insalubre draps tachés jaunes et rouges, moisissures dans le bas des murs, coulisses jaunes dans la chambre de bain, traces de doigts très sales sur les murs, douches malpropres, poubelles très sales, touffe de cheveux à l'entré. Vraiment dégeulasse nous ne retournerons plus jamais a cette endroit! Le propriétaite nous a crié dessus il était très très agfressif le monsieur parce qu'il ne voulait pas nous rembourser notre dépôt pour finalement le recevoir 10 jours plus tard. Nous étions a veuille d'appeler la police tellement il était méchant. Bref, si vous voulez passer un beau séjour n'allez surtour pas a ce motel ! Beaucoup trop cher en plus pour ce que c'est.

HORIBLE!! Chambre insalubre, plusieurs bestioles sur les matelas et dans les draps! Le proprietaire voulais nous charger un montant supplémentaire pour changer de chambre parce que la notre était infestée!
