Executive Motel - Motel in Old Orchard Beach - 38 E Grand Ave, USA

I put 2 stars because of the Room 2 was smelling javel product. Very noisy and the bed with plastic pillow were very strange... Blankets had many hole in them... Soap were included, but no shampoo. I was disappointed and we left one day early. The policy is no reimbursement. If they reimburse my last night that the rent for sure, I will change my comment. Not the experience I was wishing for.

Vraiment de mauvaise fois et menteurs, par 2 fois canceller la chambre disant qu'il faisait pas affaire avec Booking etc ( bennnn oui 🙄) elle était juste pas louer assez cher a leur goûts !! Dommage on y a été dans le passé mais plus jamais avec eux ils sont menteurs et de mauvaise foi

Price is right. Owners are wonderful. Everyone’s always so nice and pleasant when checking in or out. Rooms are clean, pool is decent and the location is perfect! We’ve chosen to stay here the past 3/4 years for our family’s summer vacation.

Small family motel that is super clean with the most friendly people close to everything but still quiet great pool we will be back

Don't know his name but the guy working the night of 5/16 was super immature and rude. He was yelling at a couple and threatening to have their car towed even though it was the off season with not a soul around and the parking lot was completely empty. Even after they asked for just 30 seconds to drop something off he was screaming that he was calling to have them towed.

Great location! Rooms are clean, but nothing spectacular.

The room was very nice and clean. The shower was incredible. They have the best pool I’ve ever been in at OO Beach and I’ve stayed in a lot of places up there . The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again .

The Executive Motel is wonderful! From our first moment of arriving, the owners Ben, Mary and their son Ben Jr. were so accommodating and friendly. Our room, Room 16 (two doubles with a small kitchen) was perfect for our needs. It IS just across the street from the beach. Our children greatly enjoyed the pool when we weren't hanging out on the beach. The owners and staff were readily available to answer any questions and help us with anything we needed. The overall "vibe" of The Executive is warm and simple. It's a great location for families AND couples that are looking for a peaceful pocket near the Pier. Palace Playland is a 5-minute walk along with many restaurants, bagel and souvenir shops.
