Executive Lodge - Motel in Portland - 1415 NE Sandy Blvd, USA

Clean place with comfortable beds. It's smaller than a standard size hotel/motel. No coffee in the room. There are multiple coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking in lot is plentiful. The area surrounding is a bit more Shady than the downtown area, but we felt safe enough. Just don't walk all over after dark, and you will be fine. It is a no frills kinda place, but it's clean, and for the price, we would do it again!|It's next to voodoo donuts and shares a parking lot with a pub that also has arcade games.

Great rooms at a great value. Amazing friendly staff. Always get best prices and excellent check-in experience. Had to get a room last minute on 4th of July and sure got a great one at best possible rate. The location is simply close to everything in Portland. Nice comfy beds with nice new huge televisions. Cool food truck park directly next door with world famous Voodoo Donuts across the street. Also, for night time there is a bar & grill directly across the street and has pool and video poker by Oregon Lottery. Why pay more for gimmicky corporate name when cool family owned motels like this still exist ? Did I mention the great and extremely friendly staff ?! Definitely worth every penny.

Great motel at a great price. All the appliances are clean and fairly new. Looks to be recently renovated. Super close to a doughnut place, right beside a great brewery, and conveniently located just out of downtown/old town.

Positive: Clean, friendly service; reasonable. No homless staying there or anywhere nearby. I would book here again. Negative: Portland is a cesspit that would be more useful if a large wall were built around the entire place and it used as a penal colony.

Positive: Really good quality for the budget price. Mini fridge was a bonus. Bring your own toiletries, they only have a bar of soap. Negative: Most of the parking spots are tight, but the on-site lot is nice. When we were there, two cars were taking up 4 parking spots -- and were not asked to move? -- leaving other guests like us without parking :( Negative: ""

Crappy, loud with pedestrian, car, bus, and next door TV sounds - incessant noise!! Shabby, uncomfortable furnishings including bed feels like came used. Bar ladden neighborhood. When I called office at 1230 am asking they do something about loud TV next door unit, my call was met with hostility. A hole place!
