Despite having a central location, our experience was really horrible!! The room was so dirty. The main thing that put me off was dirty sheets. It had so many hair strands on it. It had clearly not been changed. I’m still disgusted as I write this. We then requested the manager on duty to look into it. He just handed us a new sheet and had no courtesy to even offer to change it or apologise.
Never going back.
I love this hotel. it's reasonable. it's cozy. it's clean for the most part. best to book it early or before you arrive because it's always sold out
Milpitas is somewhat of a vacation point for me. it's relaxing. less populated than where I come from and I always enjoy staying at the executive inn
I recently stayed. The room was clean, staff friendly, and the location convenient. The bed was comfortable, and amenities like Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a microwave were appreciated. The bathroom could use some updates, but overall, it's a good value for the price. Would stay again.
Stayed there last night and very happy with that. The check in guy was sweet and polite. Rooms were pretty clean.
Please see photos. The last photo is an image of the dried up dog poop my fiancé found under the air vent in the room. The room itself smelled like someone or something had peed all over the floors in the room and the bathroom and had just dried there without ever being mopped up. Seriously, I don't think they actually clean the rooms between guest stays. They just switch the bed sheets.
Everything in the room had a stain on it. Every wall had visible damage and the bathroom shower curtain was stained yellow. The lamp shades looked like a tornado had carried them from the store to the "hotel" and that's how they appeared there. I have never in my life in a location that calls itself a "hotel" but in reality should be dubbed a "motel." The bed sheets, The bed sheets had STAINS on them. (Please see photos below).
I am sharing the details. I stayed once prior, The toilet did not work. The hotel staff and his wife put me in a room knowingly that the toilet did not work. I came in again tonight and the shower is backed up and not running thoroughly. I called front desk the man Said he would send a man maintenance person up here go figure a single woman staying the night by herself, has to deal with two Indian men putting her in a dirty broken down room, and I paid the same as everyone else.
Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Roaches, dirty rooms, rude staff. I told the guy in front my rooms had roaches and he just shrugged it off. They better give me my deposit back or I will be disputing the charges. Executive inn, more like ratchet inn!
Positive: Staff were nice. Negative: Room were not clean and furniture was not as expected.
Rooms are clean and room size is also good, they have a kitchen, coffee maker, fridge, TV and working table in the room. They clean the room Monday to Friday.
Daily breakfast provided and laundry is free. You have restaurant's near by and 99 Ranch ma
My wife and I are 49ers season ticket holders. We stay at the Hampton Inn Milipitas for all the home games between the months of September through January each season. We have done so for years now. The rooms are nice and the location is perfect. T
