Executive Inn - Motel in Edmond - 1809 E 2nd St, USA

I went to this property on this date the review is listed and didn’t have a reservation so the front desk lady who was blonde who turned out to be very rude told be what the total would be for one night and that check out would be in about 7 hours. I ruffled through my wallet and and deciding whether to use cash or card the blonde front desk women kept shaking her head and looking at me like I woke her up from the only sleep she’s ever taken. And then telling her I wouldn’t be needing the room after seeing as how it made her body language change from me trying to figure out payment and realizing there was only 7 hours until checkout. She states “so you don’t need a room”. And I said no and she mumbled to herself something about being woken up at 3 am. But that is what you signed up for as a hotel clerk and if that is how you react to people by throwing a visible tantrum. Then I won’t be back and that was my first and last experience at the executive inn.

The staff was very friendly and got me in a room as soon as I arrived. Although the room showed its age, it was clean and the air conditioner worked beautifully. I brought my cats with me, and they seemed to like the space very much!

There’s bed bugs, tweakers outside, the second floor smell like cat pee horribly, the owner was cussing a fit about my dogs and made us move rooms, the rooms have burn marks every where, hair in the sinks and tub, 10/10 the worst hotel I ever tried to stay at. I asked for a refund they asked if I wanted to move rooms I stuck with the refund. Thanks…..

New owners are friendly rooms were comfortable and clean good location I will surely stay there again

Well they don't give %20 percent discount for senior citizens or military veterans. I found 1 bed bug crawling on the sheet and I should of known, the top blanket is stain with holes, there's no breakfast so to pay $70 a day Was stupid in my part,there are other places cheaper, cleaner and with breakfast.. Check the room ,especially the beds before you pay...

Older motel located on 2nd St. in Edmond. Ice machine was broken the whole time of the stay. Nothing fancy and sometimes very strange loud guests. Not your A+ motel.

Rooms are typically pretty clean, area is usually pretty quiet. However, if you stay here, stay inside and to yourself. The blonde headed girl that works the front desk, likes to hop on social media and blab her mouth about everyones business and what goes on in their rooms.

I have stayed at the executive inn for two weeks so far...mind you this is my first time here. My experience so far has been wonderful. The office manager is so sweet and very polite she seems to be very hard working every time I see her she is always cleaning or helping someone. They also have great room service, I get towels without an hesitation and room was spotless.Its very busy spot but management keeps it quiet. I also love the fact I have a child and he can ride his scooter and nobody minds him being a kid. I only wish they had had continental breakfast,but they did say they are working on that. I definitely will be coming back here.Thank you executive inn for accommodating me and my family ❤️
