Executive Inn - Motel in Midland - 1000 S Midkiff Rd, USA

They refuse to refund my money. I booked a room on booking dot com. When I drove up to the property. There was a least 4 crack heads walking around. So I drove off to find an other place to stay. They still charged my card, even when I put payment when I arrive. I spent a hour on the phone the manager on the phone asking for my money back. He acted stupid saying he couldn’t find my charge. I even sent a screenshot showing the charge. He must have been one the crack heads I saw. That’s where my money went.

Rented room first room TV not work but took an hr to get us in another room and tha second room no lights was plugged in

Room was terrible. Damage to the walls and shelves. Paintings were ripped. Water ran dark brown. Shower floor hadn't been cleaned.

Roach motel for sure Room is very outdated. The carpet was filthy, stained and burnt. The shower was very nasty with mold. The wifi did not work. Not to mention the worst customer service. I wouldnt ever consider staying at this dump. Save your money..

Not good at all. The shower was black. There was only room for someone to walk on one side of bed. Smelled like sewer when we walked in. Very noisy area. Better looking hotels all around it.

Absolutely terrible place. Disgusting!!!!! Fleas in my room. Carpet is filthy, bathroom is covered in hair. Poop on the wall by the toilet paper. I ended up taking a shower, with almost not hot water, then went and slept in my car. Waste of money. Do not stay here!!!! You have been warned.

I would not recommend this place. The people in the office were very nice but that's not the problem, this place is very dirty, we didn't even use the blankets and pillows, thank goodness I brought my own!! This place needs alot of work, I didn't even want to shower here!! Yuck 😣
