Executive Inn & Suites - Motel in Laguna Vista - 1411 TX-100, USA

This was by far the worst hotel/motel that I have ever stayed in upon arrival there were roaches crawling in the bed. The door did not have an additional safety lock, nor did the original lock secure at all. I asked the attendant for a new room I was moved to another room in the front, which also had roaches. The toilet seat was rusty and brown nor was it secured. The floors were sticky, and the room smell really terrible. I checked in at 10PM And I left at 2 AM. I was refunded for the additional two days to follow but I feel like based on what I saw in the room. I should have been refunded the whole time since I was only there for a total of four hours it was too bad to even stay one night. There were also another type of bug in the bed, but I was not able to identify it as I did not want to scare my daughter. I would not recommend anyone staying here under any circumstance whatsoever. Three nights was $408. I was refunded $291 because this was supposed to be spring break, I was willing to pay more money for a motel. I will never do that again especially here. I was told that I would be charged once I arrived, and the check in was as late as 10 PM. Upon arrival I was already charged before I even got there, so I already felt like this was a shifty business.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Price is way above what it’s worth. The halls smell like human and cat pee. Almost everything is rusted and falling apart. They had roaches throughout the entire hotel and when I brought it to the front desk attention he tried to act like there wasn’t any because they had an exterminator. This is also after the proof I showed him but he kept tryna gaslight me. There was no resolution and they lied about giving me a partial refund. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We paid $70 for the night. It was really dirty I mean dirty. Shower was dirty with dirt. Sink was dirty everything was dusty like it hadn't been clean in a while. The water in the shower barely came out. I had to fill up a little bucket and use a cup. Like if we were at the Ranch 😂. Towels were all stained everything was dirty. Good thing I had my own towels and own blankets and pillows. IT was a cold night so we had to stay .

Room was clean the sink was a beautiful white type of marble with glitter. The wifi was fast ! The receptionist was great fast check in. The pool was clean my stay there was pleasant for the price i paid. Its not luxurious but it was enough for me to have an awesome experience without paying much. If anything try to get room 156 or 155

If there is a negative review , I would give this place. I don't know why it is so expensive with poor service. The room has nethier safe for our valuables nor coffee maker plus there is no phone. Towels are stained and very old, bed is not comfy at all. Absolutly I will not return to this place or recommend it to anyone.

It's comparatively affordable and clean. I've stayed there twice and have not seen any bugs in the hotel room, even though I've seen pretty big roaches in the parking lot at night (I'm not complaining - it's south Texas). The kitchenette is nice to have. The bathroom could have used some maintenance. It was clean but one year the toilet seat was wobbly, and my most recent room didn't have a shower curtain.

If you can AVOID this place do it!! We had 3 rooms. In one of the rooms the sheets were stain, had a hole, and the other bed sheets seemed like they had been previously used. In another room it smelled like cigarettes. The ac units are old they make lot of noise which is tolerable but worst of all you can't adjust the temperature. Seems like they don't clean bathtubs at all had 2 rooms with dust and dirt in them, the curtain was stained, towels are old. Good thing we took our lysol and clorox wipes, and had plenty of towels since we were prepared for the beach.

Our room seemed to be clean upon arrival. Beds/pillows comfortable, nice size room. There was no trash can. A couple of complaints the floor is super slippery, my son fell 2 times just walking! Maybe an area rug? Another was that the "air conditioner" would not go any lower then 70 degrees. It was warm in our room, after being in the sun all day at the beach we would have liked to enjoy fresh air especially at $140 for the night. It was way cooler being outside of our room. The pool definitely needed to be cleaned, the water was extremely cloudy. Last issue would be the stairs, they need to be replaced as youre walking on them they feel unsturdy, you can actually feel the steps move. Overall the staff was friendly, but their rooms/hotel would be more enjoyable if they made a couple of minor but much needed improvements.
