My stay was easy and pleasant. I planned for a delivery to the Inn via a major U.S. delivery service. My delivery was delayed and did not arrive on time. My delivery arrived well after my stay at the inn. The owner/manager was extremely gracious and helpful. They offered help and worked with me to coordinate return of my package. I’d recommend you stay at this place based solely on their kindness and hospitality. No joke, Jack!
I recently stayed at this motel and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, offering great value for the quality of service provided. Highly recommend for a pleasant and affordable stay!
Made reservations here and were paid for at that time hours before our arrival. When we arrived the reservation was wrong and we did not mistake the number of people that were staying. Not only we asked for ground floor room and was told it was not available but said it was during reservation. After being treated very rudely, they asked us for more money argued with us more. Yeah, I asked for my money back and left their office and they pursued me outside to argue even more.. Basically, I would stay away from this place very rude people, and do not stand behind what reservations you have asked for. When we canceled our reservation, we unfortunately used a third-party to make the reservation my mistake. But during our attempt to get a refund, they change their story two times to make sure we were denied our refund not only are they rude they are liars
Had a terrible run-in with the "neon cowboy" got scammed and screwed out of a reservation and got stranded. However we were fortunate enough to be serviced by the executive inn, despite arriving after hours. Not the best room, nor price. Definitely not worth 150$+ however im leaving a 5 star service rating as the gentleman who checked us in after hours provided us with water and was very patient with us. NOTE: DO NOT book or reserve anything with the "neon cowboy grill" or "hte new hunters hot spring lodge" its a farce.
Not the greatest. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not kept up by management very well. Pretty old and dated, a paint job and new carpet would transform it by a lot.
A surprisingly good hotel in Lakeview Oregon. Front desk man was polite yet a bit hard to understand his accent. Despite the language barrier he was happy to come to an agreement with me and we were both pleased with the transaction. Rooms are spacious but a bit outdated. Some rooms even have a kitchenette. I'd highly recommend this hotel based solely on the proprietors willingness to accommodate my specific situation.
If you're looking for a small, simple, affordable, comfortable motel this is the place for you. Quiet without much traffic yet easy to find and close to everything with friendly and accommodating staff. From hot showers to WiFi, cable TV to a stovetop, it has everything you need without everything you don't.
