Today was a sad day as I took my 17 year old son to the car dealership next door while parking in the lot of this hotel. There was a sign that I completely missed in the parking lot that said violators will be towed. So this is completely on me. Nevertheless, I was there for only 15 minutes when someone at the dealership said “Is that your car they are towing” just as it was leaving the parking lot, which was not even near capacity. Fortunately the dealer drove us to the tow yard 20 minutes away where I had to pay $310 to get it out. Very stiff penalty. Did the punishment fit the crime? You be the judge

Dear God no! Just no. That said if you're looking to end your life in a deeply depressing and hideously bleak way you couldn't find a better place to do it. If you do indeed find yourself staying here, you might want to take time to reflect on the life choices that have brought you to this point and seriously consider making some fundamental changes in your life or and probably the more logical option is to take this opportunity to end your life, because obviously life has not been kind to you

The manager is friendly and nice if you fallow all the rules. You get what you pay for. There are bed bugs and mice. Most rooms have a small kitchen but make sure you ask if you need one. They're also very quick to deal with things like heaters breaking down the manager even have us his personal space heater when it couldn't be fixed tell morning.

My husband and I were torn as to whether this was the worst or second worst hotel we had ever stayed in! ||We were driving through Provo late at night, exhausted, and this was the first hotel we saw. As we did not know the area, we decided just to stop. The front desk staff were very pleasant. That was perhaps the only positive! ||The room was very basic. A fridge and AC were both in working order, there were very basic toiletries if you dared to step into the shower! There was no coffee, no hairdryer (although the desk did eventually provide one). The bedspreads were stained and smelly, the carpet dirty. The bathroom floor had something on it next to the toilet that was covered with ants and bugs. I did have a quick shower, but it was really gruesome in the tub. The only saving grace was that the sheets appeared to be clean. ||It is located on a very busy road, and was quite noisy, but really, that was the least of our worries. There are also no restaurants within walking distance, but it didn't look to be an area you would want to wander around anyway.||My advice, carry on to the highway. There are plenty of hotels there, for all budgets, we were kicking ourselves for not driving 10 minutes further. This place is cheap, and I can handle cheap and clean, but this was just a cheap disgusting mess!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Avoid this place at all costs. The room was not only filthy and in horrible condition, but there were UNSAFE electrical issues as well. There was an inch of dust on everything, including all of their packed electrical outlets. The bed I slept in had someone else's hair in it, and the towels looked old and dirty. Shower was deplorable...looked like it had never been cleaned, and the outlets were all old and rusty and had been painted over instead of replaced or updated. There were bugs, on top of everything else. When I went to check out in the morning and complain, it took the guy at the desk almost 5 minutes to unlock the door for me. The desk clerk obviously didn't care about anything I was saying, so I left unsatisfied...which I knew would happen. Bottom line is that the health department needs to be involved with this place...I recommend anyone who cares about their own well being to avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in your car, you're better off!

manager was rude, room was messy when we moved in, the bathroom door and one of the bedframes were broken, had roaches everywhere, literal drug deals were going down, and people were singing and screaming in their rooms at 1 in the morning.

It was midnight on the Friday of memorial weekend many places were booked up or charging over a $100 for like super 8. so we decided its looks alright lets stay here for $65.00. The owner was nice but run. This place looks ok from outside the owner was super Nice but what scared me was getting a remote with my key never seen that before. we got to our room and it doesn't look so bad when you walk in it does smell a bit musty but we can handle that. after a bit we then felt unsafe our main door had no locking latch we pushed the dresser to the door in fear. the door between the rooms ours was missing and the door had duck tape around it we pushed the desk up for the night. as you can see in my pic the bathroom just mold everywhere. we literally slept in our clothes on top of the blanket and barely slept because the walls are paper thin and its loud outside with the cars and trucks passing by. we read review on here and fear of bed bugs yes we noticed that the sheet were dirty, the caret disgusting. we left at 6am because we couldn't handle it. Spend the extra $30 or $40 go else where. I'm sorry to the owner but this place is literally a slum. or just know when you stay here its a place to try to sleep for the night nothing else.
