Executive Inn - Motel in Hattiesburg - 6595 US 49, USA

You have to give a star at least to review it. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MOTEL/ HOTEL EVER. ROACHES IN THE BED, AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND ME MY MONEY. I WILL BE CALLING MISSISSIPPI STATE BOARD OF HEALTH.

Well I paid the guy who was there at 2am Wednesday morning I needed to get a room until Friday morning and I even asked him again if I was good until Friday morning and he said yes. Well I get there tonight and go to the room and the keycard didn't work so I go to the office and get told that my stay is over. After the old haf rudely told me to hold on while she was watching TV. Needless to say I got royally screwed looking like I will have to sleep in my car tonight. 50 dollars a night for a room with nothing but a bed and TV. Rup off. Do not stay there.

Rooms are cute, little outdated, but beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Mine had a king sized bed, microwave, sm. fridge, and over stuffed chair. Price was excellent. Has a cute outdoor table and chairs in a nice grassy area. Would be nice to have a couple of more of them. Certainly have the room for them. Nice big grassy area to play in. Could play touch football, Frisbee, any kind of outdoor sport during the day of course. Enjoyed my stay.

I spent the night one night. The room was absolutely in disrepair cool. Large holes in the walls. Furniture was dirty. Sheets were clean that's a plus. I was woken up several times during the night by a bunch of teenager or kids in their twenties rolling doors, fighting, laughing when I asked him to keep it down they told me they'd been here seven nights already into shut my f---ing mouth. I go to use the phone to call the hotel owner and there was no cord to the phone so it was a decoy. Sided to Google the phone number and call myself and nobody would answer the phone. This is by far the most disgusting Hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't know how they stay open place is filthy from inside two outside. There's a sign on the window that says some refrigerators and microwaves do not work I know. That should have been my first clue. I checked in late at night all the other hotels were booked so I had no choice. There was no tissue in the Box. They couldn't even spare $0.50 for a box of tissue federal state. In clear black letters it says no refund

Horrible! What a nightmare. Husband and kid wanted us to sleep in the truck. We would have if our little one hadn't been with us. There were hookers and 2 drug dealers with pit bulls on chains! There were roaches, the tile was falling apart, blood stains on the walls and the smell was like nothing I've EVER encountered! No refunds either! Theres THREE locks on the door!

Never in my life will I stay in this hotel again. When I first arrived, it looked a little sketch but I just gave it a try anyways. Out of all the lamps in the room only one lamp worked. The light Over the sink worked and the bathroom light worked after waiting a few seconds for it to come on. There was flies in the bathroom that would pop up out of nowhere. I couldn't find the source. But to top it all off..my boyfriend and I called it a night around 12ish. At about 2:00 we were woken up by a fluttering noise. We both looked at eachother and saw that it was a FLYING ROACH! And it was HUGE! Needless to say I did not sleep much for the rest of the night and was outta there at 7am!! I will never stay here again. I will take my money back across the street to the motel 6. Atleast it's clean and comfortable! Idk why we stayed there this time anyways. But we have learned our lesson!! The place is full of bugs. We found crickets in the bathroom when we woke up this morning. It's just sick!!!

This is the most disgusting place that I have ever seen. I am trying to figure out how to sleep here without touching the sheets or the pillows. I am definitely not taking my clothes off or showering in that bathroom. I can’t escape the feeling that there may be a police raid on one of the other hotel units before dawn, and I just hope that my car will still be there when I dare open my door in the morning.

Room 121. A thin, seemingly modest Indian fellow named Jerry(?) is the manager. Upon entrance, I knew the room wasn't nice but I've seen worse. However the more I looked, the worse it got. The place smelled of cigarettes, there were burns on the night stand, the couch had a hole ripped in it, the bathroom still had debris on the floor, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in, and the "entertainment" center had trim hanging off it. Again, let me reiterate, I can deal with the smell and the cosmetic damage. ||||Then we went to a neighboring gas station (Clarks on 49) to buy some snacks and came back and parked in front of the room. Gf and I were having a conversation when two HPD officers pulled up behind my cranked car. When I spoke with them, they said we shouldn't be hanging around outside like we were. And when I asked why, he said it was an "unsafe area" known for "prostitution". We had noticed a lot of people parking cars, entering the same room a few doors down, and then leaving. So yeah, huge red flag. ||||||Despite all this I have my limits, and that limit is cockroaches and bed bugs. I'm patient. The riff raff doesn't really bother me a lot. But this...||||||As my girlfriend was sleeping on top of the comforter (obviously did not want to use the sheets, thanks HPD!), I noticed a bed bug scurrying across it. Then another. And another. Then I went to call the front desk and two small cockroaches came out of the phone. Needless to say, I woke my girlfriend and we left at 1:30am. I gave the key to the front desk and asked for a manager. I was then told to return at 7:15 upon the manager's arrival. So, I did. I came back to speak with the guy after staying awake all night in my car with a (rightfully) annoyed significant other.||||||After continuously dismissing my bed bug claims, I asked if he would come look at the room with me. Here are a few select quotes: ||"You didn't even use the sheets!"||"Bed bugs don't bite most people."||"We get bugs in rooms sometimes, and *they* don't complain."||||As you can imagine, my anger has reached a new dimension by this point. Afterward, NO REFUND WAS MADE. I referenced Mississippi Renter Tenant law §504B.425, and he couldn't care less. For those unaware, it says rental owners are obligated to fix/resolve property problems that can jeopardize the tenants health and well-being.||||So in summary, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
