Executive Inn - Hotel in Fort Worth - 3800 Benbrook Blvd, USA

1st impressions are everything, walk in to lobby not clean at all should of been the 1st sign. 2nd I had to use the restroom which was not a restroom no tissue and it was very stinky and of coarse not clean. I didn't use the restroom, I'd rather squat outside! Room was not swept, half roll of tissue. Burnt holes and rips all over the blanket. Floor not swept, sink missing pieces, hair in microwave.

I agree with the people who say its to pricey for the $70 a night price. My room came with a stinky fridge. Stuff carved in the furniture. Roaches. A phone that didnt work. No breakfast. No pool. And after 3 days i had to bring my towels to them to get more. Blood on bed sheets and no shampoo or conditioner.

Drug den. People die here but no one cares.

They have newly remodeled rooms that looks like 10x better than the old ones. But the people and the area are still the same...

The hotel itself wasn't that bad. But the rooms were vandalized carvings in all of the furniture. I helped a friend out who has been living in the streets, I brought some thing for him to eat but needed a fork. He waiting in the lobby for almost 20 mins to ask for a fork and no one ever came to help him. Also I tried to connect to the WiFi and it said the Internet was not available. Hate that I had to pay 70 DOLLARS for that. My friend said that at night there were people running here n there and just being really loud. He didn't get much rest.

I love the owner lady Ms Tina she's very nice , I love the room I was in ,I just hate there's so many ppl walk around throughout the night and doors constantly slamming throughout the night,other than that pretty reasonable prices

Well it's not perfect but what is. My room is clean and comfortable, they could put flat screens in. Maintance guy is a go to guy if you have an issues. The owners are strict on the rules but over all good people. They could ez up on us ( for the rent that stay a couple months at a time) . For me im good with this hotel. If you had any problems there it cause you caused them.

This location is decently positioned in a nice aera. The owners are a little hade to deal with but not that bad if you follow the rules. The room are kept clean and there is a on site maintenance worker if you have any problems with the appliances. All around a decent place to stay overnight or longer if your need required it.
