The CrossFit Kids classes at Execution Athletics have been wonderful for my 10 year old daughter!! She really enjoys learning technique and form, the challenge of the workouts, and the awesome coaches and other kids! As an adult watching the adult CrossFit class going on at the same time as the Kids class, it’s obviously a supportive, fun environment for everyone to grow stronger physically and mentally. I can’t wait to join too!

Execution Athletics has been a fun and positive experience. Everyone has been welcoming and supportive. The coaches are very knowledgeable, kind, and patient (especially if you are new to CrossFit, they take the time to break down the movements and this is very helpful). A very tight fitness family that seem to genuinely care about one another.

I love this gym. It is very welcoming and have many lifelong friends because of it. Workouts are tough, but fun. They are varied so no 2 days are the same. Plenty of equipment to go around. We do hero workouts and fun runs at Thankgiving. Highly recommend Execution Athletics for all your fitness needs!

Execution Athletics is a wonderful, welcoming facility for all your CrossFit and fitness needs! The staff is warm and welcoming and ready to meet its members and guests where they’re at. This is a great box for seasoned, experienced athletes and newbies alike!

I’ve been an Execution Athletics member since 2016. EA is more than just a CrossFit gym. They offer weightlifting, nutrition counseling, kids class and Burn classes. There is something for everyone of all ages and fitness levels. Can’t do a pullup, that’s ok – they’ve got you covered. All workouts are programmed and structured so there is no guessing or trying to decide what I’m going to do that day, I just have to show up. The coaches are knowledgeable and the facility is clean with plenty of room and equipment for everyone. One of things I really enjoy is open gym. The gym is open outside of class time, so if I just want to go in and lift outside a scheduled class or I’m tight on time, I can do that. The EA family and members are what makes it such a great place. I’ve made some great friendships and being around other likeminded people keeps me accountable and my health and fitness where it needs to be. It’s a process but as a guy in my 40’s, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and continue to improve and get stronger.

I haven’t done CrossFit in about 4 years but decided to get back into it. I tried Execution based on some friends recommendations. I have a previously injured shoulder but every coach was very willing to help me modify movements or find alternatives. Some gyms try to push heavy lifting instead of proper form. I didn’t see this here. Coaches and other members are very friendly and motivating. It’s a great place!

My son (9) has been going to kids CrossFit at execution for a little over a year now and absolutely LOVES it! Coach Sam is so attentive and positive with the kids. He loves to see each child push hard to reach their goals and beyond. We love that the groups are small and are more strict (not mainly relay races or games) so that it is an easy transition to the adult classes once they reach the age to join the main classes. My son is learning to meet his individual goals as well as be a team player and cheer on those who finish early as well as last. He comes out of the gym soaked in sweat and a big smile on his face. He is tired but so proud to tell me what he has accomplished in his workout!

Execution Athletics is an amazing facility. The coaching staff is always welcoming, helpful and encouraging. The owner and his wife have worked hard to make this facility a great place to workout in, but it’s more than just a gym. There is a strong community presence when you walk through the doors. I know I am glad I decided to get out of my comfort zone and join this type of gym. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Execution Athletics.
