Exchange at Holly Springs Apartments - Apartment rental agency in Holly Springs - 1101 Club Exchange Dr, USA

I toured Exchange at Holly Springs with Kaila about a week ago and she was such a pleasure to work with both then and since. She was incredibly warm and welcoming and I’ve really appreciated the open line of communication she’s kept with me through the application process. The complex is beautiful and the amenities are above and beyond what I was expecting. The wide variety of floor plans makes it so there’s something for everybody, not to mention the quality for the price is unbeatable. I look forward to moving in and to all the wonderful experiences I hope to have while living there.

I’ve lived here since the building opened in 2020. I never really had any issues until recently. It’s pretty quiet and honestly a decent place to live. Recently, I’ve been having a lot of issues with the new property manager. The most recent issue is that she accessed my storage unit without any advanced notice. When I asked her about this, she stated that she could access the unit in an emergency or with pest control. However, she wasn’t with pest control (they come on Fridays and it was a Thursday) and there was no emergency. Upon speaking with additional staff about this, their policy is that they can enter any unit or storage unit without notice. That’s a little concerning considering we should have some right to privacy and a 24 hour notice or a quick phone call would be nice. I never knew until today that they will essentially come and go as they please, and I’m not really happy about that because I don’t know how many other times that has happened. Tenants and potential tenants should be aware that this happens. In addition, when I walked into the leasing office, I heard two staff members (leasing consultant and assistant manager) talking about me and the situation that had occurred, which also left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth. All in all, if I could get my current issues resolved, I wouldn’t really have any complaints, but for now, it seems like that most likely won’t happen any time soon, but if it does (which is my hope), I will update my review.

Everyone that works at Exchange at Holly Springs is really wonderful. We love the maintenance guy, Attila, so much. He's super friendly, gets the job done, and our dog is just in love with him. Rebecca and Kaila in the front office are also really great to work with and answer any questions we have super quick.

We moved into the Exchange at Holly Springs until our house is done. Even knowing we are short term residents they do not treat us any differently. The office staff is amazing! The maintenance staff is always so friendly and wave to me from their little maintenance carts as they are driving around. No real complaints. The kitchens and bathrooms are all updated with nice granite. The kitchen have stainless steel appliances. The floors are nice wood. The carpet is nice and clean. The upstairs Tennants have been an issue but every time I let the office know about their loud behavior in the middle of the night they are quick to try to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend Exchange at Holly Springs!!!

Attila came and fixed the lights in my apartment. He was very professional and courteous. He did a great job and was sweet to both my dog and my baby. I appreciate his help!

I was experiencing low water pressure issues. Shower not working, water pressure was awful. I placed a ticket today and it was responded to by Attila the same day. Attila was very friendly, professional and explained to me what the issue was and how he would try to solve the problem. In less than half an hour I’m back using my shower again. Thank you Attilla

This is probably the best apartment I've ever lived in. Been here for about 1.5 years now, and I've only had one maintenance issue with a kitchen cabinet, but they came the very next day to rectify it! It's a very clean place with no bugs in sight. The fiber internet here is fast and reliable and the valet trash is convenient. There's even a charging station for electric cars. Every month they bring out food trucks to the leasing office so I get to skip making dinner, but still enjoy local food! They have a 24 hr clubhouse that has a reliable coffee/tea machine and La Croix on deck. I sometimes play pool with friends, and my dad enjoys the old school Ms. Pac-Man machine too. The gym is what I frequent the most and it's pretty spacious. It has dumbbells, kettlebells, some machines, lots of treadmills, a stairmaster, and other cardio machines. I've only been to the pool once but it is very beautiful in the summer! The staff is always super helpful as well!

Maintenance came to adjust my water heater since my shower water wasnt getting hot. Attila was very nice and professional. He did the adjustment quickly , no issues :) This has been one of the best apartments i have lived in. Staff is great and do the best at accomodating to residents needs. Very clean and well kept.
