You got me on your calendar quickly, the team came out today, they were amazing, lickety split the old fixtures were down and the new ones were up and shining brightly. Excel Electrical Technologies, Inc., is a great company to use! We have been clients for the last 15+ years and they have never let us down. This week I called for a couple basement light replacements. The owner arrived promptly when he said he would - we didn't have to wait and there was no "between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m." business. He inspected the job, took specifications and made an appointment for the work - the next morning! The technician arrived and was not only thorough, quiet, unobtrusive, and genial, but COMPETENT. The fixtures were installed to my specifications within an hour. He took my check and left. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Excel Electrical Technologies recently helped us with some projects in our new home. Omar initially provided a detailed estimate by taking the time to make sure he understood each of our requests. Based on the proposal, we scheduled the work and Israel and Doug arrived to provide amazing white-glove service. They found that one of our repair requests was not actually necessary so they removed it from the work order which lowered our costs significantly. This is a company with ethics and integrity, their prices are reasonable, and we have complete confidence in their work. They communicate very effectively and show up on time, every time. My mom has used Excel and referred me for a closet light fixture that I needed repaired. I was very happy with my experience! From the sweet lady that answered my initial call to the repair completion. They were courteous, apologized for being a little late (to be fair, the weather was bad earlier in the day, so I’m sure that played a part), and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call again when I have a need!

Very excellent and exceptional customer service. Circuit breaker went out this morning. Kitchen, basement and one upstairs room was without power. Couldn't get in touch with our previous electrician. Omar from Excel was a life saver. Had medicine that requires refrigeration. They came as promised...today. Had available parts for replacement and completed work quickly. I had just called Excel Electrical Technology on Friday talked to Omar, and he set up a quick Monday morning appointment. Awesome. I had a very old Circuit breaker box that I needed to update and replace. Israel and Doug did get me exactly what I wanted. They did a great job. I added a last-minute request about my washer/dryer plug, and they got that done as well. I was so happy They both answered the many questions I had, lol, and I really appreciated that I will definitely be using them whenever I need them and recommend them to my family Thank you so much
