I cant say enough good about this company and the support they provide. LOU has been so incredible and really have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of and that we have help as we need it. Steve, Francesca, Evan, Emily & co. have you covered! After being sold on all of the advantages of using this software for our point of sale and accounting, I can't begin to explain the level of disappointment me and my entire team have with Lou and the poor support provided to try to help us through the problems that we encounter daily. The search features are archaic, the levels of redundancy, the inability to customize, the awful reporting capabilities and no account reconciliation have practically brought my company to its knees. I hate it!

I’m disgusted with these folks. Their saleswoman said the software and the merchant processing were owned by the same company so they were able to make their own deals and decision. Users are required to use their merchant processing to subscribe to their software, LOU. (Double dipping was fine with us because the numbers were okay.) After thousands spent, months of time, just before going live they denied my client CC processing unless he gave them 300k in reserves! The business has been there for 20 years doing high volume, high margin sales so they are not high risk at all. Normally any business can have processing quoted and approved within 48 hrs. I could have 4 of them competing for the business in a week! Not these guys, their “partner bank” takes 2 months just to hit us with a strong arm, unheard of, garbage deal with no basis for even trying such a stunt. Giving back the startup fees is a nice gesture but hardly a compensation for the loss of time, money and energy it’s taken to only to be held at ransom for 300k of sidelined cash flow, or else lose access to the new system we worked so hard for. Utter trash, do not let them play the same games with you. PS - Suzanne, our onboarding person was a gem and hopefully one day she finds a company that doesn’t leave egg on her face like this.

My company had an unfortunate situation arise when we tried to implement LOU 2 years ago. There was not time for Evosus to patch/fix their software before our peak/opening season and so we had to cancel our implementation. The situation at the time was not handled well, but since then the CEO reached out and the company has held itself accountable and remedied the situation. I was very pleasantly surprised - I did not expect this to happen. In my opinion this is a rare and valuable thing in today's world (which we really need more of). I would attest that Evosus is a very good company that will stand behind its word. I would recommend keeping this in mind when choosing your next software provider.
