I had already contacted 3 other companies and they blew me off. Evolving Tech was able to come out the very next day to give me an estimate and it was within the budget! When I saw their setup I was impressed, so I called Leo about putting something up for my condo building at home where we had some incidents recently. Leo showed up on time for the initial walkthrough and knew exactly what kind of setup we needed. We got our estimate a day later and after our Board approved it we were all set up a week later. He was also responsive and helpful with accessing the live feeds and recordings through the cloud app after installation. We're very happy with the Lorex system we got and highly recommend ETS.
