I'm stronger, leaner, healthier and happier since joining FBBC. The coaches motivate you, show you proper form and hold you accountable. I've met some amazing Women and so happy I made the leap to join.

This isn't like any gym I've ever been to. It's a circuit workout, which isn't a new concept, but everyone (and I mean the other customers, too!) is so supportive of each other. If you can't do a particular exercise in the circuit, they show you another one to work the same muscle group. There are lots of words of encouragement passed around and the exercises are always different. Take it from someone who absolutely HATES working out... this place is worth checking out.

I bought the Groupon for 5 weeks and it was worth every penny. It was actually a steal! Great atmosphere and energy! Everyone is nice and encouraging. The workouts are a combo metabolic, weight lifting, resistance, and aerobic. There is a nice mix of people with different fitness levels and ages. Don’t be intimidated if you haven’t been to the gym in a while. Go at your own pace and make the most of it.

The trainers are amazing! They push you to do your best and encourage a healthy lifestyle. I've been going for 5 months and have never felt better. I feel physically stronger and have more energy throughout the day. I highly recommend anyone to join!

The trainers are helpful and knowledgeable. I love going here. They help you prove to yourself that you are stronger than you think you are. I love that I can get a 30 min all over body workout without having to spend hours at the gym. Totally recommend this place for any age and body type.

I joined on December 27, 2016. I started going 5 times a week during the New Years Resolution Challenge which started January 1, 2017. To date I have lost over 30 lbs. I have more energy, sleeping better at night and a heck of a lot stronger. I feel awesome. I have finally lost all the baby weight from having 4 children total with my last pregnancy being twins. I have hung onto that weight for 6 years and have tried for the last 2 to get it off with no success, until I became a part of the PFBBC family. The classes are 30 mins so you are in and out and trust me you get an amazing workout during that time. The atmosphere is amazing, the fellow "workoutees" are friendly and supportive and the personal trainers push you and support you. You walk in and are instantly greeted and they know your name, it feels like you are working out with a bunch of your friends with the laughs included! Best decision I have made towards a better healthier me. Highly recommend!

Portage Fit Body Boot Camp is more than a place to go work out...it is place with a great group of people interested in helping you reach your goals! Not only by motivating you through workouts that only last 30 mins😊, but teaching you nutritional skills to help you maximize your results and create a healthy lifestyle. I am so thankful I stepped out of my comfort zone, into my workout clothes and started my journey for a healthier, happier life!

I started going to FBBC in January 2017. I feel stronger, I'm thinner, my weight is down 20lbs and overall, I feel better! They help you with diet and doing the exercise appropriately! The staff is wonderful at encouraging everyone of all fitness levels. It's a great place to go!
