So I purchased a high end machine from IbuyPower and had a horrible experience with warranty services, even though I had a 3 year extended and my machine was 1 year and 1 month old (they refused to cover parts). So I decided to check out Evolve PC, which is a block away from me. I spoke to Luke a "fellow gamer" and explained my situation. Well Luke and Evolve set me right up for a replacement. I was able to get an upgraded build with top of the line parts. Amazing case and requested some specific requirements. All was easily handled and provided by Evolve PCs. So far their team has been top notch and I am happy to have a local small business cover my warranty. I got home and now I am enjoying this amazing build. This company is great for buying awesome computers without paying an arm. They're refurbished and have special software to keep them updating to the newest Mac software. I bought a laptop early January and moved out of state. My laptop was working great until there was a software issue on Apple's side. Evolve sent me a USB to fix the issue and walked me through the process over the phone. It was great service and I'm so happy I bought my laptop here and not the Apple Store.
I needed help with my Canon printer when it wasn't working correctly. I got some great advice over the phone first, and then we determined it needed to go into the shop. Drop-off was a breeze and I got a call in a few days about the problem and course of action. It's been fixed and usable and I'd go back again for the great service.

when it comes to mt Gaming PC, I'm very picky, especially in someone hands that I don't know. And I'm very on point when it comes to any information on my Gaming PC So I checked around on a few PC repairs shops, and something about their reviews didn't fit well. Then before I got off Goggle Search , I saw E Volve Computer, which store appearance, I personally give it a 10. The staff are very helpful, respectful, honest, and be on point. I took My Gaming PC to the shop, because I kept getting thrown off during game play time and even was getting kicked of goggle search and you tube. So before they do anything to anything you bring in to get fixed or repaired. They send you a email with telling you what issues you have and the price for anything that needs to be done or for any parts that may need to be put in. I took my PC home, ran into a small issue, called the shop, and they told me to bring PC in. Problem fixed. I went back and took my Xbox Series X ( Halo) console to be cleaned out. It been 2 years since I brought it, and consoles do tend to build up dust since sadly they ain't like PC. I got a email for the cost for cleaning and dusting, and was made aware that the thermal paste was hard, and it would be a good idea to put some new one on. which I did. good price for having your console cleaned out and having some fresh thermal paste put on.
