Evolution is a spacious, well-equipped, very clean gym and a great place to work out. There's a wide variety of cardio equipment, and a huge selection of free weights and resistance machines. I'm from out of town and come to Rockingham several times a year to visit family and in the past have struggled with finding a good place to work out in the area. I found Evolution 3-4 years ago and the search is over! It's easy to get a day pass and the price is right!
Evolution Health Club is a great place to get fit! The environment is clean, the staff is friendly, and they offer a variety of equipment to meet the needs of all workout preferences. Plus, their price point is great! I definitely recommend giving EHC a try!
The environment, vibe, and staff of this gym is top notch. Clean facility with every piece of equipment you could possibly need. The owner, Blake, is a very personable guy and a great example of what a business owner should be! I recently moved away from the area and his help with getting my account closed was fantastic. Highly recommend!
We love coming here when we’re in the area visiting family. Definitely the best gym in town! It’s clean, big, modern, and reasonably priced. The freeweight selection is great. We come every time we’re in Rockingham.
Love everything about this gym. Mainly the staff and other gym go-ers. Was working out here before I left to join the service, returned nearly two years later and was still recognized and welcomed back with open arms. Equipment is amazing, cleanliness is well taken care of and the 24/7 access is the best around. Will always be here whenever I get the chance.
Very clean gym! Evolution has a huge variety of gym equipment. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. Got to workout for free during the Moore county blackout which I am very appreciative of. Wish this gym was closer to home so I could have a membership here.

Evolution is a FANTASTIC gym! You can tell they care a lot about their members, there is a tremendous amount of thought and effort put into every detail. The equipment is awesome, 24/7 is awesome, Katie the manager is awesome, the people are awesome, the protein shake bar is awesome…it’s all awesome. The leg day equipment in particular is THE BEST, I have never seen so much variety before. I have been to many gyms in multiple states, but I can honestly say this is my new favorite. It’s worth more than the price of the membership for sure! I love this place and will definitely recommend it to everyone ❤️
