Frank, the bartender was super polite and helped us with the menu. I did visit on a Tuesday night so staffing wasn't at it's highest and so wait time to be served was a bit longer than expected. The drink prices will drive your check up, expect to pay $20 for a neat cognac and $20 for a gin and tonic, top shelf. Overall the food was tasty and the drinks Frank made were delish. Best of luck with the new opening!
This place is amazing! I ordered their Espresso Martini Flight and was extremely impressed. It has a really intimate but busy feel to it - speakeasy-like, but with elbow room - and is perfect for large groups. I peeked in to their second floor event space and it's huge! Really great bar. Will definitely be back.
Went to celebrate a 30th birthday. The bartender Athena, was amazing, provided us with great customer service and made our experience memorable. Definitely a great place to enjoy some cocktails with friends, the atmosphere was enjoyable for all in attendance.
I went there on a date and had a great time. The decor is very welcoming and warm. My partner and I had a few drinks and they are all very good. I really liked the sweet bourbon and the espresso martini. The space is very intimate (speakeasy vibe) and my partner and I hung out there for a few hours without feeling rushed or yelling over each other. I would recommend!
My wife and I stopped in here for a quick drink before dinner in the neighborhood. We were surprised to find a fairly comprehensive cocktail menu in what we expected to be more of a place that caters to the NYU crowd. Definitely worth a stop for a decent, moderately-priced drink
Cocktails are wonderful - bartenders are fun to chat with (and cute!) Get the smoky whiskey drink - and the spicy fries are excellent. Great local spot or after work drinks.
Celebrated my boyfriend's 30th birthday here. We had an amazing time ! Bartenders were amazing and the drinks were so good ! If you're thinking about hosting a party here do it ! 2nd floor was spacious and decor was beautiful. I will host another party here in the future.
Really incredible and creative cocktails. Good vibes, comfortable with good ambiance, and quiet enough to have a good conversation. Bartender and owner were both super friendly/cool! Highly recommend the clarified cocktail flight... The upstairs event space is also *great*.
