Honestly it’s hard to put into words how important this gym is to me. I moved to the USA in early 2018, knowing only 1 other person. We now have what I would consider to be a large family full of friends who honestly, give me a reason to wake up in the morning!
Beyond the social benefits of this sanctuary, I train 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day and it’s partly because I love staying in shape but mostly because I can’t choose which of the trainers are my favorite... buuuuuut If I had to whittle it down, and it pains me to say because I love them all, I would give my highest recommendations to both Chris Nasty and Nano.
These guys have invested time both on and off the clock into making sure that I’m always pushing the boundaries of my mental and physical fitness. There extremely personable and I’m honored to have the opportunity to call these guys friends.
Thank you EBF for what’s been an amazing journey. I am looking forward to representing this amazing family one day in the ring 🙏🏻
@butterybostonbased Over and out!!!!
I only take bagsxbeats with Amanda Brabec! Her playlists are always fire and her energy is amazing! I always look forward to her throwback jams. The gym is always clean and I love the locker room at FiDi!
Everybody fights has been a great experience for me! They offer great workout classes that are fun and engaging. Love hitting the heavy bags! They also offer a great environment for beginners that want to learn some real boxing and spar for the first time. All the instructors bring a positive attitude and atmosphere to the gym! Shout out to Miguel, awesome & passionate trainer! If you have never liked working out at a standard gym like me, I recommend you try this boxing gym! I now enjoy working out, as long as the workouts involve punching a bag!
EBF is not only an amazing gym but an amazing community! I have been a member for over two years and I cannot imagine going to any other gym. The classes are both challenging and fun, with each instructor bringing their own person touch to the workout. Amanda, Laura, and Lauren are next level. Not only do these ladies know how to make you work hard, they also push you out of your comfort zone and give you a much needed break each day to have fun and laugh. I never thought I would enjoy working out this much!
Everybody fights is the absolute best gym that you can come to. They give you the most killer workout, while being so fun and upbeat. And with so many different class options at all different times of day the workouts are so flexible to your own need and schedule. The service is amazing!! The people here are so sweet and the trainers and staff members really care. FIDI is amazing! I would recommend to anyone who wants a better workout, better service, and more fun.
I’ve been going here for about a year and love it. The instructors are all high energy and put together a great workout.
You can take classes to learn about proper boxing form, or stick to more fitness classes which are almost always very challenging. Great place if you get bored working out on your own at other gyms.
I love EBF! I've been coming for about a year now and finally joined with a full membership a few months ago. There are a large variety of classes, which you don't get at many boutique studios in the city. All of the classes are so challenging but really fun. The instructors are all upbeat and motivating and so nice. The vibe here is really down to earth, positive and uplifting. I always feel better leaving the gym than I did when I walk in the door. Can't recommend enough!
For me, it has brought back the fun in exercising. All trainers I've worked with so far are really great. They're funny and also push you to your best.
I never thought I'd enjoy rowing, especially in a class workout setting since I love working out by myself and doing my own thing. But this has been such a pleasant surprise and I love it!! The instructors are great (all women, woo!) and it's been so
I've been lifting for years and wanted to try something new. I was in love with my previous gym, but moved and had to find a new one. I have really particular standards when it comes to gyms. I was nervous to try crossfit but Eastiefit is an incredib

Very clean and fully stocked gym with stuff for CrossFit, weightlifters and boxers. The staff there are also very helpful and pleasant, loved interacting with them. Iâll stay at Boston Park Plaza again just so that I can use them.
Iâve been absolutely blown away from the Brighton location orange theory! The gym has always been intimidating for me and I tried a ton of other workout classes that felt competitive or unreachable. This Orange Theory has always made me feel welcom
Romel has a very versatile training approach. I felt extremely comfortable with him, and heâs very knowledgeable about the work outs he prepares. I love the fact the the gym is walking distance from my job, and during the summer I typically walk or

I was originally drawn to AUM Healing about a year ago when I wanted a major change in my overall health. I count my blessings that I was paired with trainer Nicole to help guide me in my health journey. Nicole took the time to really understand what
Creative breakfast sandwich option in North End.
With most of the breakfast options in North End being the usual American diner fare, Sunny Girl brings a breadth of fresh air to the neighborhoodâs breakfast offerings. I recently took a visit to tr
A charming, cozy cafe near Nubian Square. I was lucky enough to go when it was empty. The decor in the back is beautiful and would make for a relaxing study or date spot.
The worker was kind enough to give me recommendations about the different past
I enjoyed my stay in The Upton very much, the Clare suite was cozy, perfect to regain energy after a long day spent exploring Boston. It was well-equipped, spacious with gorgeous views, the neighbourhood was lovely too. If you like walking, you can g
Iâm glad to have read the history behind this place and then visit. It makes it more worthwhile. At the MGH main entrance ask for directions. Do note you are only allowed to visit if there are no reservations.
The meat here is fully halal. The owner is super friendly. We tried the beef, lamb and tofu. All three were really good and tasty! Loved the flavors in each.
