I was very excited to try some Jamaican food while visiting Cali but I was so disappointed. The portions were small and the sweet potato pudding we got had mold. No dates of when it was made, etc. The cabbage was delicious, and so was the plantain. Please date stuff without a long shelf life.

I got the oxtail, fried chicken, and beef patty. Everything was so good and the lady that helped me was kind. I wish I was in this area longer so I can try more of their food.

Stopped in here by a friends recommendation. Totally worth it. I had the Brown Stewed chicken with dirty rice and some kind of slaw. So good. Great flavor and the plantains were on point. I don’t have a lot of experience with Jamaican food but I am quite happy. Looking forward to coming back and trying something else. The staff are all great and there is a small shop inside to get some groceries, drinks, or a snack.

There's a variety of Jamaican pasties (baked hand pies) and other hot food items available for takeout at this Caribbean market. We were referred here for Scotch Bonnet peppers for a recipe. We ended up buying other items, including now favorite Spicy beef and chicken curry pasties.

My family was visiting Fairfield for my son’s basketball tournament. We searched for foods to try since it was our 1st time in CA. I had to save the best review last…. Let me tell you when I say this is some good EATING, I mean it!!! I have had Jamaican food from the east coast to the west coast now and this is hands down the best ever!! We tried the curry goat and it was just so tasty!!!! If I lived in Fairfield I would definitely be here all the time! Customer service was great!!! We also picked up some of the seasoning that they have to purchase. This place is a must try!!

We drove all the way from Stockton to eat here. THIS IS SOME OF THE BEST FOOD IN CALIFORNIA. We had the Akee and Saltfish and were blown away. The Jamaican patties took us to another planet. Truly incredibly food. I cant recommend this place enough.

The owners of this establishment know exactly what they are doing. Let us all support them. They have everything you need: freshly made Jamaican food, fresh vegetables, Caribbean products, raw meat and fish, and yaad-style merchandise. I recommended going in on a Sunday for Jamaica’s national dish ackee and salt fish.

came here from a reddit recommendation on best jamaican food in the bay and this was really disappointing. this might be bc they had to cater to the audience but the food was lackluster. it seemed really authentic tho and i always want to support small businesses but expected more. jerk chicken: the dish was good but not spicy at all and didn’t really have a jerky flavor. it was more tangy/sweet. rice and peas and the plantain was good though mild beef patty: kinda reminded me of frozen patties, nothing special about this
