My current stay here is nothing short of delightful, and I’m excited to share my experience. What Are the Grounds Like? From the moment we arrived, it’s evident that cleanliness is a top priority at Evergreen RV Park. The entire facility is well cared for, with well-maintained laundry facilities and common areas. Even the common gathering areas are kept in very good condition, which really adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the entrance has a secure gate which keeps the park secure and safe. The park is surrounded by a block wall which keeps out the sounds of the surrounding city. What About the Staff? The staff at Evergreen RV Park are great hosts. Their warm welcome and professional demeanor make us feel right at home from the start. The Evergreen team is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a pleasant stay. Whether it’s assisting with parking or just offering a friendly chat, their dedication to excellent service is evident. Their genuine care for the guests and the park itself creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that truly enhances the overall experience. Our Overall Experience: Evergreen RV Park is a rare find, offering a blend of cleanliness and exceptional customer service. It’s clear that a lot of thought and effort goes into maintaining this park. With everything it has to offer, this park is tough to beat. Plus, it’s a close drive to the beach and great restaurants, adding even more appeal to this fantastic location.

Marisol was great to work with. We stay at RV resorts 3 months out of the year. We needed a last minute accommodation because of a business meeting. She set us up quickly and got us into a space easily maneuvered. Very clean and relaxing. We even got a welcome package with treats for our service dog. Rec room and laundry very clean as well

Staff was nice and will send you an email with instructions and gate codes. It was an overnight stop and I would rate this as a 3-1/2 star and ok for one night. We have a small trailer and the spaces are small/tight. Your tow vehicle must be parked on the road, in front of your rig, again the space is tight and everyone parks on the street. 99% of the guests are long term so just be aware. Everything worked well, wifi a little weak. Price is good. There is a train that passes from time to time and can be loud. My opinion is for a single overnight it's fine. If big rigs or space is needed, then you may want to think about it.

*Warning, your reservation and deposit means nothing here.* I've been full timing for years and this was the first time being treated like this. Zero stars is warranted. I booked an entire month here, four months in advance. It is now less than two weeks before my check in and they just called and canceled on me, leaving me stranded for the month. I said to them, what do you mean you are canceling, I booked this months ago, you took my deposit and sent me a confirmation. Their response, yeah sorry about that we thought we could accommodate you but we can't. Totally flippant, no recognition that they just completely blew up my life, costing me time and thousands to relocate at the last minute. I will be telling everyone in the community to stay away.

I went a line to reserve this. I thought it was near the beach, but I was wrong. As we were on our way 3 hours to go, we got a phone call. She Let us know that we has to check in by 6pm. We could not make it to RV park before 6:30. But we coujd get there by 7. She said that they close their gate for the weekend. We were given an access code but no way to use any of the other amenities. The website said check-in by 7 p m, But when she called she said 6pm. We were hoping to use laundry and the showers. So basically we paid to park and get up and leave the next morning. It was not too expensive and we did need a place to stay the night in our RV. Many rvs crammed into tight spaces. (Allowing up to 6 guests per rv?) the location was kind of hard to find because the road. This is the same name as the main road. Not spectator to be an offshoot with the same name

Great place to camp for location and it is a very nice campground. Restrooms say close at 9 (which is unusual) but we’re told they really don’t close them. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the Mexican food truck at the gas station just outside the park. Really good!! Would stay again!

I have been coming and going from this park since 2018. I always have good service here. There is six months turn around system but if you have a place to go to it's not a hard thing. I always enjoyed staff. The louge and laundry rooms are always clean. They just updated the laundry room with new washers and dryers last year.  They have a new app that runs well the laundry equipment but also takes quarters too. I'm a full-time leaser now. It's has improved a lot since last year.

Don't book here. We had a reservation for March 6, and we received a call yesterday telling us the people in our spot wanted to stay longer, and they had no other space to accommodate US. No empathy. We booked this in Dec, and we read reviews that this happened to others, and we took a chance (it won't happen to us). We had plans and luckily we found another place to stay. Poor service, and it is not how you treat customers. You tell the person who wants to stay longer, you don't have availability...that's the correct approach. Do yourself a favor...look elsewhere. I had to give 1 star, or it would have been 0.
