The owner of the property ,Everglades, should do the right thing and spay/neuter ALL cats on your property! It’s not fair to the animals. Pictures of rescued and fostered kittens!
If I could provide a negative review I would. This weekend we were left without running water for over 24 hours with little warning. The pool is green, there are decaying iguanas in the canals along with trash and the gates in the main entry have not worked in over 3 months causing anyone access. It is an over 55 community but there are multigenerational families living there in illegal effeciencies. This place is pathetic and they are misappropriating our ever increasing lot rental money.

Gate dose not work can not get in to your own home and they do not care. Rent is out of control over 1000 a month with a broken run down club house
The ladies (Staff), are amazing, they are knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. They do what ever they can to help you get approved. No judging you they want you to be able to live in the community.
Disappointed at the maintenance of common areas. They need more maintenance staff.
