Just across the river, but in view of &/or easy 5 minute walk to Central Downtown. Attractive new property with professional & helpful staff. Nice pool area shared with next-door-same-owner Cambria Suites property. Attractively furnished lobby with restaurant & full evening bar service. Appreciate the NO carpeting & natural floors in the rooms. So much nicer than dirty carpeting still found in 90+% of most hotels. Nice size rooms with bigger than normal bathrooms with good lighting than what is found in most moderately-priced chain properties. Excellent housekeeping which will hopefully continue as the property ages. Will not hesitate to return.

We were SUPER PLEASED with our 2 nights at The Even Hotel … Julia at the front desk was a JOY & very accommodating for all of our needs, big & small. The property is very well designed with high end decor & finishes. The room/bathroom doors are heavy & block most noise, The rooms are spacious & quite comfortable. Ice machines are like Sonic ice, & there are refrigerators (no freezer) in each room. No microwave in the room.

I stayed at the Even Hotel Waco for three nights while attending a work training held at the convention center. Service has been great. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. Modern and newly renovated rooms. Super clean. The gym is nice and has quite a bit of equipment. There is even sanitized yoga equipment in the rooms. My coworkers stayed at the Hilton as it was closer to the convention center and the Even is MUCH nicer. There is a walking bridge and restaurants close by. 10/10 would stay here again!

We recently had a board retreat at the Even Hotel, and they offered pet-friendly, chic accommodation to our out-of-town board members. The team could not have been more helpful! We were incredibly well looked after, and Robert in particular dropped everything to help us with our technical set-up for online participants, and seemed to simultaneously produce fresh coffee! All our meals were fantastic, the room had everything we needed, and the location is great, with plenty of parking, yet still in walking distance of most amenities in Downtown Waco. Big thanks to Christina, Amanda, Robert, and Chef Zach, as well as their teams. We are impressed and grateful!

Highly recommend staying here at EVEN in Downtown Waco. Marilyn and her staff are incredibly generous and friendly. My son and I love the location as it was a wonderful walk along the river from the hotel to McLane Stadium. Every thing we needed was within in walking distance from the hotel. Very clean and modern decor. Will continue to recommend this place to all our friends and family.

We recently stayed at the Even Hotel for three nights due to a family emergency, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The rooms were immaculate, providing a clean and comfortable environment. The hotel itself is remarkably quiet, which was a blessing during such a stressful time. The staff’s attentiveness stood out to me. During the day, Lauren and Julia provided superior customer service, always ready to help with a smile. Dennis, who worked the night shift, was incredibly nice and very helpful as well. The manager, Robert, was also amazing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and addressing any concerns promptly. The hotel’s common areas, including the restaurants, were also kept clean and well-maintained. Overall, the Even Hotel offered the perfect stay, providing comfort and support when we needed it most. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Even hotel when passing through town after American Airlines cancelled our flights. We arrived extremely late (~2 AM) but Dennis at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and the hotel is brand new. The restaurant/bar/pool amenities are still within soft open mode, so not all available. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Waco. Only about a half mile walk to several places.

Best staff and everything about the place is amazing!! Treated with respect and gave us tickets to water park and went over and above for us. We stayed an extra night because of the service. Gave our kiddos free candy. It was so crazy the customer service. Robert is amazing!! The asm of the hotel and took great care of us. Went way out of his way to make our stay fantastic!!
