Even Hotel Omaha Downtown - Old Market, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Omaha - 2220 Farnam St, USA

This hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. The room was really strange... The bathroom door is on a barn door type slider meaning it doesn't actually close or lock. There is about an inch gap on either side so keep that in mind if privacy is important. Also annoying was the switches for the bedside lamps can't be reached from in bed. The workout stuff was an interesting addition, and the hotel channel had a dozen or so on demand workout videos using the equipment in the room. Breakfast was made to order and good but quite expensive, more so than dining out would have been.

Room/hotel were clean. Bathroom privacy leaves a lot to be desired the sliding glass door does not cover the whole entrance. Shower was good- hot and good water pressure. Food/beverages were WAY overpriced- had to leave and get food/beverages/snacks elsewhere- no vending machines. Room was spacious. Electronic Curtain would be nice if they weren’t off track. Pay for parking is ridiculous when you have your own lot. Pool was disappointing. Only one elevator and the stairs don’t go to the lobby! They go all the way down and out-

I love the IHG line and this hotel is very cool. But I don’t know that I’d travel here again with kids. I came with 3 kids under 6. First the PROS - great staff, very cool vibe, love the cucumber and lemon water available 24/7, very comfy bed, decent price, cool games in lobby for kids, nice exercise area. CONS - no milk at all, pool floor a major HAZARD and my toddler fell and hit his head (it’s not a standard poolside floor it’s so dangerous), no seating by pool area, food and drinks very expensive (alcohol ridiculous), thin blankets, no washcloths, not exactly the safest area for walking at night so if you want food I’d do grubhub. Overall, if you’re looking for a good pool, don’t come here especially with kids. The hazardous nature of the flooring by the pool alone makes it a place we would never return to. But it’s a cool place with nice people and OK food.

Charged card for incidentals for a no show even though the room was booked with points. This was an unauthorized transaction as that card was to be used for incidentals. I find no policy for no show when booking a room. This was not mentioned even upon check it. The room was paid in points for both nights we stayed in this hotel. The charge showed up weeks later. Very fishy check your credit card used for incidentals if you’ve stayed here. Would not recommend this place at all. The manager is never there and hard to contact and the front desk associates excuse is I’m just doing what management tells me. So basically stealing from customers is okay. 10/10 do not recommend.

Our stay at EVEN in Omaha was great. The second we walked through the doors we were greeted. Check-in was easy and helpful. The rooms were SPOTLESS and CLEAN! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom features were awesome! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! Their shuttle service made our stay even better! We didn't have to walk to and from the concert venue, which was so convenient. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were all super friendly.

Only there for one night. Rooms were spacious with conformable bed and section to workout. The overall concept and execution was great. Gym was nicely done with plenty of equipment to get your morning workout in. A few issues with wifi and Ice machine but wasn't there long enough to make a huge impact on my stay

The hotel was clean and room was spacious. The partial shower door which I guess is supposed to be cool and European just lead to water on the bathroom floor even for two slender people. They charge for parking with a QR system that is of poor quality. Convenient to Creighton University.

Great hotel, close to downtown! Large workout room and pool. The employees were very friendly, the shuttle guy went out of his way to explain parking and where to grab our favorite cider. We will definitely stay again when passing through Omaha.
