Amazing Portuguese food, great staff, perfect for dine in or take out.

Food wasn't good in my opinion compared to other places like pepe's for the price. We ordered late night around 8pm and picked up the food which was still warm around 9:30pm. Steak was chewy and the chicken and steak needed more seasoning. They didn't fill up the containers of some of the side dishes which was a bummer. Check the video. We paid over $35 for the platter and my husband and I weren't super full just ok... because of the lack of flavor we won't be back

I spend almost 100 dollars for 3 full trays and I was giving very small portions like for just 3 people Food was cold they overcharged Me and then the girl tells me they serve the most in town I been on several Portuguese restaurants never like this .they overcharge for the food and give u the food cold and very salty and with attitude when u are asking them a question I will never go again or send someone there ever again they never attempted it to fix it . They good to overcharge you in the town of caldwell taking advantage

Food was good but the beef ribs were fatty. Overall the place was good chicken was soft and rice beans plantains were great. I would go again

The place needs to be cleaned/renovated. Felt like nothing works. Long wait time for it to cook.. I ordered a steak sandwich ($16 btw) and got sausage.

Used to love this place when I moved close by, but the food is not nearly as good as it used to be. I ordered a half slab of ribs to be delivered. I asked for well done, and they came as if they had been boiled then put on the grill for a few minutes. Asked for hot and sweet sauce and got a tablespoon of hot and a tablespoon of sweet sauce for a half slab of ribs. The penne vodka pasta had very little flavor. Really disappointed because I used to rave about their food, but my last few orders were not at all good. Guess it is time to find another Portuguese restaurant....

I ordered a half BBQ chicken, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a cheese steak sandwich. Unfortunately, the BBQ chicken was dry and lacked any flavor. The cheese steak sandwich contained an excessive amount of fat. Additionally, the fries and rice tasted like reheated leftovers, resulting in an unsatisfying taste.
