Euro Inn Slidell - Hotel in Slidell - 58494 Tyler St, USA

Hotel has good reviews but it could use some maintenance and updating. Stayed in room on first floor near entrance. First floor rooms have door to back with fenced area and you could hear people out there talking and smoking. Room smelled musty. Also had a loud TV playing upstairs until about 3 am. Price was right so thought we would try it but probably wouldn’t stay again.

Me and my mom were on a weeklong winter vacation. Up to Nashville. This was our last hotel and, Jesus, just don't go here. The bathtub didn't drain, and the water sat in the tub- the disgusting water. My mom showered, but she wouldn't if she realized what was going to happen. I was too grossed out to shower. Two dead beetles behind the table, not a big problem. LESSON- You get what you pay for.

I always know when im about to have a seizure because my body feels exhausted. Luckily i was on a road trip with my service animal. Upon arrival I noticed a sign on the window that stated that I could not bring a pet, so I had to disclose this to the gentleman at the check in window. When he asked if he was my support animal i answered with a "yes". The attendant continued to tell me that "support animals" as I had just declared my pet, where not allowed. When I tried explaining to him that my pet was a service animal, he interrogated me to find out what services my dog did for me. The attendant was so furious that he threatened to call the police on me "for lying", he became very aggressive to the point that he begun to shake. I ended up leaving to find another hotel. I was charged for my stay even though he said I wouldnt. This was one of the most horrendous situations i have ever encountered. I was in disbelief at the way this man treated me. Needless to say I drove to the next hotel terrified that this altercation would lead me to have an attack while I drove. I feel lucky to be alive, but I still cannot believe the way i was treated.

Do not book here. The rooms have bed bugs. We told the front desk and then went to another hotel within 10 min and they would not refund our money. Room had broken drawers, stained computer chair in the corner and you have to lean over to use the toilet. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. We were there Feb 16. Room was under Andrew Hicks. We left before we brought our bags in and you won't refund us our money.

Convenient freeway access, our room had a private back balcony, inexpensive. Only downside was water pressure in the shower wasnt great. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room was spacious and lots of cable channels. Smoking rooms available.

Nice place. Looks like the pictures. The room was clean & so large it almost felt sparse. Good water pressure. It wasn't one of those untouchable motels where you feel like skipping a shower may be cleaner. lol I'd stay here again. Definitely recommend. Convenient parking out front. Felt safe. Only thing I'd recommend is for them to get a room clock. I had to check my phone constantly for the time

Room was disgusting. Sheets brown with cigarette burns in them. Room smelled musty. Floors were cheap and bathroom was super small. After checking in and immediately coming back down to the front desk after seeing the room I checked out. Wasn’t refunded either. They denied the refund

I can confidently give this room a solid 4 stars because the hotel itself was very adequate during our stay. Definitely much better than expected. Comfortable beds, newly renovated rooms, and a great price. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect 5 is because some residents were very noisy, but I know that isn't necessarily the hotel's fault; just wished there were stricter noise policies. Other than that, absolutely no complaints!
