The Euclid Public Library is an amazing gift that the city has to offer residents. It's offerings are extensive, staff is great and the continuous flow of new content is exciting. All this is presented in a facility that is extensive, comfortable and accessible.

My family and I had a exceptional experience! The employees here, Emilie & Joyce in the children's library have excellent customer service being so helpful in all my requests fulfilling them. In the very weeks prior to school I wanted to get my children back active in academics and school work. They went over and beyond. It was very appreciated! This is very rare these days when you're expecting a good experience in most libraries. Patti have the same service at the front desk! It has not gone unnoticed and wanted to give a raving review! Keep up the outstanding work!

EPL has a great building, resources and friendly staff. The problem is their lack of a plan for many of the Euclid middle and high schoolers who use the library as a hangout spot after school and are often loud, unruly and inconsiderate. EPL could take a more authoritative attitude towards this problem as it makes it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet experience at the library Monday through Friday after 3.

The library was great. I like reading books vs. the audiobooks. 6/26/23 - Went to library to pick up book I had requested. I could spend hours in the library just browsing and reading.

Staff is cool. Library itself is very nice in design. Only thing is the noise that “WE” bring any where we’re present. If you can avoid peak times and urban noise you’ll enjoy it.

If I was able to put zero stars I would. The front desk staff is racist towards the black teens that come into the library. The cirulation desk, teen cirulation desk, and the police officer that "monitor" the building. An investigation should be launched into this. Being a bystander witnessing the rude comments and complaints about not wanting the black teens of the community of EUCLID is odd. I dont understand the reasoning for having these positions to just be openly racist. Doesnt matter that the board of trustees has a couple of black people or black staff for the matter. We see you being racist.

Librarians here are polite and and friendly. Well, one of them was. Very helpful. I should've asked her name so I could give her credit. This library has the most movies out of all libraries in the area. There is a very vast selection of movies. I found the movie Basket Ball Diaries here, which was not at any library I have been to. It is banned from all streaming services for it's content, so DVD is my only option to watch it. Great to find it. Twelve years ago or so, my bike was stolen outside here. It was a cruddy bike. I didn't even lock it up. I saw the kid riding off. His lookout was an obvious lookout. I told a cop who was there, but they didn't do anything. I think I only paid five dollars for it at a garage sale. No big loss.

We are regulars and this is the best library I have ever been too, with certain staff it's like we family!! My son love his girls who work there and they treat him like they own, the children room is my fave! Very comfy and welcoming and staff and cops are respectful.😊😊😊 very helpful and the movie selection is good variety they have everything and if they don't you can always order it and they will have it within some days.
