I love going to ETS! The staff is amazing, and all the workouts are individualized based on what the athlete needs! The staff is very welcoming and is always there for questions or to offer encouragement. I have seen tremendous growth in my strength which has positively impacted my performance. I recommend ETS to anyone considering joining!
ETS is always the highlight of my day. Showing up and seeing the coaches so ready to hype you up puts you in a great mood. It’s such a great atmosphere and everyone there is ready to work hard so it really motivates you. My strength has significantly improved since I have been going and I am a much better athlete because of it. I recommend ETS to any athlete because it is a great place to work out and meet new people but most importantly become a better athlete!
ETS has been an integral part of my fitness training for nearly a year now. I look forward to my workouts every week and know that if I have any questions or concerns there is always somebody that will listen. It is such a positive atmosphere and there is no doubt in my mind that my success has stemmed from the training I have received at ETS! 1000000% recommend.

This place is amazing! My daughter was training on her own and was always trying to find new ideas. When she found ETS she was at home. She loves going, has learned so much and is much faster and stronger. Jake and Hank are awesome and we are so happy ETS came to Rochester!
