E'Town Motel - Motel in Elizabethtown - 616 E Dixie Ave #1006, USA

Though the place was quiet and mostly clean, I had major problems with the housekeeping staff. I specifically asked not to be disturbed in the morning as I work nights yet they were banging on the door every day at 8:30 a.m and kept trying to push their way in while screaming at me that they had to inspect the room. I finally grew so tired of it that I left to find a place where 'Do Not Disturb' is respected, and I'm not even upset that the fees for my last night weren't refunded. I guess the management hasn't figured out that if you want to make a good living in the hospitality industry, it's probably a good idea not to alienate your clientele. I definitely don't give this motel high marks.

Dirty , disgusting, bugs, overpriced. Do not respect privacy. Room smelled like smoke and I don't know what. I had to go by lysol, frebreese, candles, just to tolerate. Door has to be slammed shut. Payed for a week. Asked room not to be entered, the last argued . I told her no. I left for 15 min to get some milk. The woman thought I was gone for awhile I guess . I caught her entering my room. Then going to say I seen the bathroom light on. How? Curtain was closed and door. So they enter your rooms while you are gone . The price is horrible . Avoid at all costthe

This hotel is very clean for being in business of hospitality.. I really enjoyed newly renovated hotel staff is very friendly and quiet for single people and safe place and very pleasant stay here!!

Very lovely day and nice evening to be alone

BED BUGS!! ROACHES!! DIRTY AS HELL! I've been eaten alive by bed bugs, have killed a bunch and roaches, can't walk barefoot either because feet are black and dirty from day one because they don't mop the floors and there's other people's dirty foot prints on the walls-so they don't clean those either. Owner doesn't even know how to not barge into your room while your asleep/half naked. Because they don't have DO NOT DISTURB signs, they pick and choose what time/days to come by to do their minimal "housekeeping" so you can't make sure your awake and dressed. Don't know why so many people are saying it's clean and no bugs here. Obviously they don't pay much attention, we saw roaches first night and noticed bed bugs few days later. This is the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of dirty roach infested hotels before in this state and others. Overpriced for such a disgusting place. Pay slightly more to stay down the street same location for a hotel room not infested with bed bugs..

They have nice big rooms they need snack and ice machines. Also they could keep the ground up better, their prices are kinda steep, the need to update/upgrade. They charge to much then don't want to clean the rooms actually clean them. Nor do they know how to buy anything that smells good.

I stayed here for over 3 weeks it was so clean and the service was great the service was awesome they are so nice and polite and its peaceful it not loud here like it used to be at all they are paint outside and doing all new things here the room service is nice they always check in on you to see if you need anything every morning it's been a really nice stay I will be coming back. The peace here and the friendly staff has made this a pleasurable stay. Thank you.

The owner is easy to get a long with very friendly, his wife how ever is not. The only reason I'm not giving all 5 stars is, while staying not only did she walk into our room while we were laying completely nude, (we were still paid for the rest of the week). I had also needed to get a load of laundry done. I needed quarters for washer, so when I went to the office to trade the nickels and dimes I had for 6 quarters (the amount needed for washer) she told me she would only trade the dimes not the nickels. I tried to explain their washer didn't take any thing but quarters, she told me she didn't want to go to the bank and deposit nickles that I could go get quarters from somewhere else.
