Cody called me immediately after receiving my email and asked if he could get on to my computer right then. Super fast! He resolved the issue quickly and as always, is super friendly and nice as well.

Today was critical for us as we had published an email address that was no longer assigned to anyone in our company. ETC resolved it immediately before opening of business so the ad would be immune to our error.
