This company is ran by a couple, The Tyler’s, who are completely unprofessional with communicating & helping students with concerns & problems within their program. During class hours, they sit & read the same PowerPoints they “assign” you during the week verbatim with no useful comments regarding the chapter. Yet, God forbid them to be reminded of anything of their past because they’ll be on that topic until the end of class.. I’ve come to these people with an issue I was having and was told I can leave the class from Howard Tyler himself versus being assisted.. I went to professionals above him to continue my education yet that was the final straw for me & several others. I would recommend literally every other company before this one. I attached a photo where I’ve been attempting to get in contact with them for SEVERAL days regarding my schoolwork & file review as one mere example. Beware of incompetency, ESPECIALLY if you are a person of color.

Excellent BLS training facility. They work with the students. I will be back for my ACLS.
