We (family 2+1) simply love Estuary! The area surrounding rental buildings looks very European like, which helped us to quickly adjust after a big move. Alana Fox is very helpful, always eager to help manager, even though some of the things are beyond her responsibilities. She helped us very quickly to find perfect apartment and assist with all formalities. Every time whenever we meet she greets us kindly and ask if we need anything. Receptionists - Sasha, Matty and Tricia always welcome us with big smiles and are always super helpful. They are the reason Estuary blooms. They know us well and became to us like a family. We feel here like at home. Amenities are great, although the children’s room could be renovated a bit. Whenever there would be some issue in the apartment the maintenance team is showing up very quickly and giving as helpful hand - special thanks to Mario! There are many events organised by leasing agency - for singles, families, yoga fans, children activities and pet lovers. And the view to Hudson Yards is breathtaking!

To state the obvious, the amenities are amazing & the views of NYC skyline are breathtaking but the cherry on the cake is the staff. Every single person cares about everyone who resides here. When we 1st moved here, I met Sasha & until this day- she is our go to person. She is brilliant at what she does. You can see the passion & the flair she brings & how genuinely she cares about getting things done by keeping the residents in mind. And another talented & fantastic addition to the team is Matty. It is not easy being the face & 1st point of contact for everyone who walks into the door. But Sasha & Matty do it with such ease & elegance. I have seen many a staff come & go or do their work just because they have to. But these two are a powerhouse. Estuary has definitely chosen well in terms of its staff. We feel well taken care of. Thanks!

Love it here!! Everyones been fantastic beyond words, so I’m very grateful!:) Lots of great benefits here, aside from being a short commute to work in Manhattan. The apartment has a lot of great amenities, and they’re well-maintained. Reception staff are all very friendly and pay great attention to us, including knowing apartment we’re from prior to us telling us them. It’s very impressive and goes to show how attentive they are! Office staff are all very helpful, caring, and welcoming. They don’t make you feel intimidated to ask questions. Maintenance team responds quickly to repairs! Another great amenity is dry cleaning service, and Gerard from Harbor Cleaners was very professional and accommodating. I’m looking forward to renewing my lease!

I've been at the Estuary for a few months and I am super pleased! Andro was outstanding during my process, enjoyed working with him very much so! Building is clean & mostly up to date, neighbors are respectful and kind. The location is great - on the water, easy access to the city for commuting, along with being so close by other towns. Hoping to be able to extend/re-sign my lease if costs allow!!

Overpriced, poorly managed and rude staff. Don’t move here! The staff was always rude and Alana on the management team never helped with anything. We were given a hard time when getting community IDs when she would let here friends in the pool to use the facilities We always had to wait around for management even when they weren’t busy. I asked to move parking spots multiple times when my car was scraped in the garage and Alana never bothered helping to find a new spot when there were multiple not being used in the garage. The elevator was always broken and amenities not available which cost us double in moving costs. They even tried to hold our money for the deposit, which is illegal. The security guard on staff was threatening me on move out when I asked for help with the elevator. Outrageous prices for horrible customer service. Stay away!

I visited the leasing office today at Estuary Living and had a great experience speaking with Alana. I was so happy that I had a chance to speak with Alana to complete this tasks that means so much to me! Recently, spoke with Shaquana always a pleasure to speak with her. She's always willing and patient to hear what you have to say and create solutions. 🙂 Thank you So Much Maintenance crew is incredible ... i saw Gio and spoke to him about an issue and came right to my apartment and fixed it. He always Goes above and beyond! John in leasing office has been excellent in assisting me with weekend requests including Apartments rental stays for visiting Families. Andro has been very helpful too!!

Estuary is exempt from a local law prohibiting landlords from raising rent over 4% in a 12 month period. They will offer lower rent to start, and then the increases are out of control. All the one star reviews are correct - management is unresponsive at best and arrogant and rude at worst. When you need them, they do not respond, but when they need you to move your car (from a spot you pay for) multiple times a year for pointless festivals and tarot card readings that nobody wants, they will demand you move or you will be towed (again, from the spot you pay for). Also, there was significant water damage in my apartment for months, and nobody addressed it despite many emails and phone calls. Constant banging noises throughout the day, and not normal banging. Extremely loud construction that will impede your ability to take any work phone calls. A crew was called to patch my wall at one point and they arrived unannounced while I was not home and completely trashed the apartment to the point that Estuary had to reimburse me for a professional cleaning. Estuary did not notify anyone when multiple armed robberies occurred in buildings nearby. I was overcharged for multiple parking spots on several occasions.

We have moved with my wife to Estuary last week and we have nothing but positive things to say about the building and staff. Amenities are really worth it, everything is clean and tidy all the time, they really pay attention to the details. Andro helped us with the reservation process and made it all so easy and smooth, we highly appreciated his professionalism.
