Very hit or miss depending on the job and whoever the project manager is. If you are a struggling IT professional looking for any extra work, they always have jobs. If you are an experienced IT professional stay far away. They will re-assign work orders with no warning if you even remotely question anything about it, and it is very normal and professional for experienced technicians to bring up concerns. If you start talking about something they don't feel comfortable discussing, they will just hang up on you even though they blow up your phone at least 5-10 times for every single job. They want to treat all contractors like indentured servants but, don't realize you are not their employees. We have done many jobs for essintial, but after a period of time they are just too shady and disrespectful with no explanation. If they could just work on being a little more open minded and understanding, and less corporate and rigid, they wouldn't have nearly as many problems trying to find people to complete work orders. Instead, they insist on being difficult in every area where it's absolutely not necessary.
The opportunity to continually learn and grow, as well as the supportive and encouraging environment, have made this career choice rewarding and fulfilling. With Essintial, I look forward to continuing my professional journey and contributing to the company's success.
Absolute horrible vendor to work for on work market. Will not recommend them to anybody. Know you're worth learn how to bid jobs accordingly. Essentials will nickel and dime. You beg you to take their low pay jobs and only negotiate a little bit of pay or drive time pay. Whenever essentials books of work order always charge them double to triple depending on where it's at, it's going to be worth it to do that.
Worked for them for 4.5 years with no raise in pay. After finally demanding a raise by the entire crew, was denied. Half of us then left to make at least double elsewhere. Those that stayed worked over 40 days straight with no days off until new hire started. Worst I have ever been treated by an employer. Wasted over 4yrs of my work life.
I have been with the company for a little over 2 years now. It has been a a good experience. The pay is decent, there is usually plenty of work to keep you busy, and is an overall great work environment. Management is easy to talk to and work with you if there is anything you need.
Put an unqualified lead on job. Lead called to tattle because I was trying to motivate him to work. EES called my phone and left a nasty message (still have it!) about 'rushing the lead'. The two hour assignment took 13.25 hours, they approved additional time. Payment is still 'pending' at 29 days. Will not respond to messages, posts, phone calls, emails. Have contacted WM and requested an escalation, which they have done. I will also leave a bad review and our office will not be working with them in the future.
BEWARE! This is one of the worst companies I've ever done work for. They don't want to pay fair prices then you have to argue with them to get work orders approved. They prey on the people with the least experience to get the cheapest rates they can. Problem with doing things this way is you get what you pay for. Companies they supply labor will end up with the least experienced people doing the work. I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company as possible.
Started my career at Essintial Enterprise Solutions this week, and I must say, I am very impressed with their office.
From an employee standpoint, training has been very intensed from learning all the software lingo and the logistics.
Although the job itself is quite intensed, the atmosphere is laid back, and coworkers are very helpful and friendly.
From my personal experience, I am very blessed to have found a career that works with my schedule and is not as physically demanding as my former job.
As far as the nature of the job, the office is divided up in different areas. We are responsible for setting up clients with technicians all over the United States and Canada.
If you are looking for a challenging, yet rewarding career in a laid back atmosphere...this is it!
I have been really enjoying my time at Title boxing. This was only my 3rd time, but I love the culture and the atmosphere! I have never boxed a day in my life and the coaches as well as the frequent goers are so helpful and patient as I learn. I want
This is a VERY nice motel! My room was beautiful, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and loaded with pillows, just as I like.
I also had a small kitchen area with a coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge, which was very handy.

Cornerstone Coffeehouse⦠This place was wonderful! Located in Camp Hill on Market Street, a very busy and upscale area. We arrived on a Saturday around noon, so we expected it to be busy and we were right. Like a busy coffee shop on a Saturday, it
the food was delicious. the service was prompt, and our server was friendly. the atmosphere was very cozy and intimate. one member of our party wasn't given the choice of which salad they'd like. the only complaint i have is that they were out of man
My poke was delicious! As one of the last reviewers stated, there are many options for toppings but if you only like one or two, since you can choose as many as you want you should double, triple or quadruple that single topping. If you donât, it m
Stopped here for some late night snacks and I recommend highly the cheese curds. Salty, crunchy, cheesey, gooey goodness.
And treat your restaurant employees with love.
This is my local sbux, the one i go to most frequently, on the way to work -- the light is amazing in the morning, the baristas are all very friendly - it is honestly one of the fastest service sbux i have been to, their mobile order system (in the s
